Pros: You’ll want for nothing as it is superbly laid out, lovely bedrooms, lovely kitchen and bathroom, just what you’d hope for, a lovely sunny balcony and, above all, a charming host in Phillipe who is nearby to impart advice, guidance and witty wise words. The apartment is as cool as you’d want it with air conditioning and is quiet, being set back from the road. We loved it. Ten out of ten for comfort, convenience and everything else you may wish for.

Cons: You might wish for it to be slightly closer to the centre but we found it to be no problem at all, even in the heat. It takes about 35 minutes to walk to the beach through the town with the railway station about half way.

Côte d'azur vibes

Pros: We had everything we needed here, Philippe was very helpful, always gave us good recommendations where to eat, where to buy the best baguette and croissants and also helped us with the parking. The area is crowded, with few parking spaces, but in the end we found something and everything was ok. All in all, of course, we would gladly recommend the place for your stay!

Perfect!

Pros: This apartment is great! The apartment is located in a quiet area and is nearby the city center. Everything that you’ll possibly need is available in the apartment. Philippe and Marine are very kind and sweet. It felt familiar. Philippe gave us good tips about places to visit in and around Nice. The price-quality ratio is very good. We will come back when we go to Nice again!

Excellent property, good value for money with amazing hosts

Pros: The location was great, and house is a very nice French house. Phillipe was amazing and gave a lot of suggestions which were all excellent. Had good interactions with his wife and dogs as well

Pros: Very enjoyable stay in a pleasant apartment with all the comforts you may need. Our favorite part was the terrace. Amazing position, a quiet and beautiful area filled with all kinds of shops and restaurants. Also very well served by public transportation to reach every area of the city. Philippe and Marine, with their two cute and well behaved dogs, have been amazing hosts, very helpful and available for every single one of our needs. If we ever travel to Nice again, we will definitely come back!

Pros: Very spacious, clean and pleasant. Has all necessary amenities. Perfect central location very close to the beach and main promenade. Great value for money. Multilingual hosts were very friendly and welcoming, sharing lots of useful tips for sightseeing. We are looking forward to be back. Excellent stay experience.

Pros: Very friendly homeowner, who was very friendly and speaks very well German and English besides of native French. He was very flexible for pre deposit of our luggage. And he has giving us good recommendations for attractions and dinning.
