Excellent spacious new apartment with balcony and privat garage

Pros: Great location in the center of Nice, near the market and main train station. The building is very secure and the big plus is to have private parking below the building. The building and the apartment are new, spacious, great balcony. Even if the traffic is loud, when you close the windows you do not hear it. In the kitchen was everything you need for cooking, we got exstra free coffe and a complimentary bottle of vine. We found this gesture very nice. The internet worked perfect. Very good communication with the host via whatsup. Somebody waited for us in front of the garage to hand over the keys. We are very grateful for that. When we left, we could leave the keys on the table. We will come again for sure.

Cons: Only the bed was rather hard and uncorfotable because of the waterproof layer under the sheet. This is really something which should be changed.

Enjoyable place to stay while in Nice

Pros: The apartment was very clean and spacious.It was in a great location about 15 minute walk from Nice old town. The train station was very close by as were the trams. The apartment was very well equipped with everything one needs for their stay. The apartment was very secure and I felt safe entering and leaving

Cons: The water in the shower drained very slowly, which caused us to have to stop during showers to let it drain properly.

One of the best find in Nice, close to the train station, the apartment was superb!

Pros: I did like the size of the apartment, it was maintained very well and it had every accessories what's necessary for a pleasant stay. The facility felt very safe, the garage was great and safe. It had a huge balcony for late-night meetings. 😊

Cons: It was a bit loud because of the traffic outside during the night but it was okay!

Balmy springtime in Nice

Pros: The appartement was clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything. It was great to have access to a washing machine. Parking was very useful.

Cons: Only one small thing was our towels smelt mouldy.

Pros: Very well equipped, nice terrace, great communication with the host.

Cons: The apartment is located along a noisy street, so we had to have our windows closed during the night. It is also quite long distance from a beach, but luckily we don’t mind walking. :)

Very comfortable appartment, great location, best for short stays and best for a couple.

Pros: the location was great, very close to public transport, supermarkets and restaurants. the staff were friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. The actual apartment was well catered with all the utensils you would expect.the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large with a washing machine provided. the balcony was very welcome.

Cons: there was only one set of sheets and one towel each, making it very difficult to wash towels and sheets and having them dry to be able to put them back on the bed. there was no dryer and a very small drying rack. for guests staying for an extended time (we stayed three weeks) this is not acceptable. there is not a full oven, a combo microwave that was situated up high making it very difficult to put food in and out safely. there was only one set of keys and no direction on how to use the intercom which was very frustrating. for these reasons I had to mark this apartment down.

Nice apartment, good location

Pros: The apartment is big enough for a family and it has a nice balcony. Kitchen has everything that you need to prepare a meal. Location is excelent, a lot of supermarkets in proximity and in the morning there is a farmer's marked near by. Tram is 5 minutes away.

Cons: The apartment was fairly clean but the floors were dirty and sticky (hosts said that we should have noticed then and they would come and fix the problem). The keys have to be picked up from another location.

Excellent stay. Host was fabulous as well. Had support on whatsapp throughout the stay.

Pros: The location is perfect. All essential eg dish washing liquid and tab , sugar, tea, salt herbs stocked in kitchen which was handy

Apartament ideal pentru un sejur mai lung în Nisa.

Pros: Locație amplasată perfect, aproape de centrul orașului. Apartament modern, spațios, bine împărțit, luminos și bine luminat în interior, dotat complet cu cele necesare unui sejur mai lung, beneficiind și de o terasă generoasă.

Cons: Așternutul constă într-o pătură plus o cuvertură, fără husă.
