Pros: Apartment was big and spacious, plenty of room -warm welcome from host, instructions and meet and greet were fine. Great views and very comfortable. Few things needed fixing-shower for example. Host explained towards the end of season. Great pool facility and secure parking. Bus stop outside to manage the hill 😓 and tram into town and airport excellent.

Cons: Mosquitoes take spray and burners.

Heerlijk verblijf in Nice, met eigen vervoer!

Pros: Mooie ligging, uitzicht op zee Compleet ingericht Rust Goede slaapbank Ontvangst en communicatie eigenaresse.

Cons: Het tweepersoonsbed, matras is doorgezakt. Je hebt echt een auto nodig, appartement ligt geweldig, maar afgelegen.

Pros: Très bon séjour dans ce logement ! C'est propre, la résidence est calme et bien entretenue. La piscine est grande et très belle. Le balcon offre une superbe vue sur la mer. L'emplacement est idéal, proche de la mer et bien desservi par les transports. La propriétaire est très gentille et la communication a été très facile. Je recommande fortement

Grossartiger Ausblick vom Balkon, schöner Pool

Pros: Es gab zwar kein Frühstück, da man sich selbst verpflegen muss, doch der herrliche Ausblick vom grossen Balkon und der Pool auf dem Hof haben uns da entschädigt. Vermieterin ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend.

Pros: Piscina ottima!!! Vista dal balcone ottima! Residence molto tranquillo e silenzioso anche la sera, servito bene dai mezzi pubblici, parcheggio per auto all’interno del residence.

Cons: Un piccolo consiglio: rendere più moderno l’ arredamento ed aggiungere un climatizzatore in camera.

Gerne wieder!

Pros: Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, die Lage mit Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür prima, Fabienne sehr nett und der große Balkon ein Traum. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt!

Cons: Natürlich ist die Wohnung schon etwas älter und hat entsprechende Gebrauchsspuren. Da kann man bei dem Übernachtungspreis aber wirklich nicht meckern.
