Beautiful views from the balcony, lovely quiet area, great!

Pros: Great location, beautiful views overlooking the ocean and airport from the balcony. Was clean, and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming when handing over the keys. Lovely quiet area, we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Sofa beds not very comfy

A beautiful apartment with a few small issues.

Pros: A clean and great looking apartment. It had important utilities such as ironing board, washing machine, cooking equipment. The location however is not so ideal if you don't have some form of transport it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the seafront and it's pretty much all uphill to get to the apartment. However there is a bus stop practically outside the apartment with the last stop being around 10pm. Lots of cooking utensils, Air con, a very sleek and modern looking apartment it's very pretty. Had a very clean, nice and easy access to the pool.

Cons: The location is not great if you don't enjoy walking up hills or if you have some kind of disability. If you want to walk from the seafront to the apartment it's mostly uphill. There is a bus that stops just outside although the last stop is at 10pm we always got back to the apartment near midnight so there was a lot of walking uphill to be done. A lack of toiletres. Having bin liners and toilet tissue should always be necessary but this place had nothing but a single roll of toilet paper. The beds were fold out sofas which was not particularly comfortable.

Great panoramic sea view studio apartment to explore Nice and beyond

Pros: Beautiful studio apartment with fantastic panoramic sea view, with the airport in the distance. Well equipped, clean presented, very quiet location in garden setting. Very clear entry and exit instructions. Efficient bus service with bus stop close to the apartment get to/from Nice center or airport in around 30-45min. The 7 day bus/metro pass from Lignes d/Azur for 15 euro appeared to be fantastic value.

Cons: It would be good to leave some specific info in the apartment regarding the bus service and pin point specific locaction of some convenient stores and bakery in the vicinity to get some top up groceries and some of this lovely fresh bread in the morning. Once we knew it was perfect.

Vacances paisibles dans une ville dynamique, le combo parfait pour des vacances réussies

Pros: L’accueil est incroyable ! Christelle et Thierry sont tellement gentils, dynamiques et serviables ! Déjà que les vacances ça met de bonne humeur, mais quand on est reçu avec tellement d’enthousiasme ça ne peut que bien commencer ! Le logement est dans une résidence très calme, la vue est incroyable !! La piscine est accessible et les résidents sont également accueillants. L’appartement est fonctionnel et nous ne manquons de rien. Un super séjour une fois de plus !

vistas maravillosas, zona tranquila

Pros: tener que pagar 25 euros adicionales por dos toallas y unas sábanas bastante antiguas me pareció demasiado, y pagar 30 euros por recoger las llaves más tarde de las 18.30 es abusivo. El apartamento no tiene camas, son dos sofás-cama. El resto, muy bien. Las vistas son maravillosas y está totalmente equipado. La piscina está genial y la zona también. Si el anfitrión no cobrara por las toallas y sábanas (muy escuetas) y no cobrara por llegar tarde, estaría todo genial :)

Cons: poca ropa de cama y antigua, al igual que las dos toallas y el papel higiénico escaso, y encima con los 25 euros del suplemento

Pros: Vederea de pe balcon a fost superba. Persoana care ne-a preluat a fost foarte amabila si prietenoasa, ne-a ajutat cu sfaturi si recomandari.

A refaire avec plaisir

Pros: Très bel appartement, spacieux, propre et bien équipé belle vue sur la mer , sécurisé, bien placé à 10 minutes de la promenade des anglais.

Pros: La tranquillité, la disponibilité du contact sur place, la vue exceptionnelle et le confort.
