Imposant und schön gelegen!

Pros: Ein geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit zwei Betten in einem sehr schönen alten Palast. Aussen ein sehr schön angelegter Garten, den man optimal mit einem kleinen Hund nutzen konnte. Das Auto war sicher im Hof abgestellt.

Cons: Das Apartment war sehr hellhörig und um das Badezimmer mit Dusche zu benutzen musste man immer durch eins der Schlafzimmer hindurch, da im seperat nur ein WC vorhanden war.

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlten nur Wein- und Sektgläser . Der Gastgeber Olivier war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit per Internet und WhatsApp.

Cons: Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn in den Schlafzimmern ein Mückenschutz vorhanden wäre . Die Anpreisung dieses Appartemens mit der Fassade des ehemaligen Luxushotells Palais Hermitage war total irreführend . Das Appartement war nicht im Erdgeschoß sondern im Souterrain, was wirklich irritierend war. Der Hauseingang war über den Hinterhof zu erreichen.

Pros: Lo stabile è un ex Hotel Inglese ristrutturato e trasformato in appartamenti privati. Posto auto esterno nel cortile dello stesso. In 15 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro e lungo mare. Posto tranquillo molto bello.

Impressive building near to old town

Pros: The location is impressive, a Victorian style building, a former hotel with a relaxing english garden. The view over Nice is great and pretty easy to access. You can walk to the old town. The parking is safe and Olivier, the host a great guy.

Cons: There were some ants in the apartment, and the small bed is not that comfy.

Pros: Огромное спасибо за прием и такие прекрасные апартаменты! Все чисто, уютно, красиво и господин Olivier Christophe был в высшей степени заботлив и приятен! Он с большой заботой встретил нас и мы были счастливы и благодарны!!! машину есть где поставить! красивейший сад и все очень близко!! Огромное спасибо! И до новых встреч!!!!

Geräumiges Apartment in sicherer Lage

Pros: Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment in einem ehemaligen Hotel aus der Belle Epoche.Sehr ruhige Lage, Anwesen ist sehr gut gesichert. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden, Autos sind absolut safe. Lage auf einem kleinen Hügel, zum Place Garibaldi sind es ca. 10 Minuten.

Cons: Das Hauptbett ist von der Breite her okay, aber etwas zu kurz. Ein Fliegengitter vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster wäre eine gute Idee.
