Central, good for families
Pros: The apartment was a very good choice for 4 adults and a 2 year old kid. 2 separate bathrooms made things a lot easier. The apartment is quite central, easy to get anywhere. Lidl supermarket is right around the corner. Also, we had a slight internet problem and the hosts took care of it right away. :)
Cons: There’s construction going on right in front of the apartment, but the noice doesn’t get into the bedrooms which is very good. Neighbors were quite noisy though, fighting any time of the day:) Also, kitchen utensils are quite old and overused - especially pans and pots. All in all, the experience was good and would come back here!

Handy location
Pros: Two separate bathrooms were very welcome, both with showers. Good to have washing machine.
Cons: Rooms only have very small, high windows which makes the rooms dark. Those windows do not open which means the rooms get very warm, thankfully fans were supplied.

Clean, comfortable, well located and great value for the size of the apartment.
Pros: We enjoyed having two bathrooms, for a family of 5 this was a bonus. The kitchen was decked out with everything you needed including a dishwasher. We highly recommend for a family or two couples.

Pros: Розташування нам сподобалось (ходили пішки до пляжу через старе місто, площу та парк і мали змогу роздивитися все) і транспортне сполучення було зручне. Поблизу супермаркети. У помешканні є рушники, шампуні, мийний засіб тощо, кавомашина і капсули на один ранок, пральна машинка, доньці сподобалося те, що були журнали які вона переглядала. Зручні ліжка. Два туалети було ідеально для родини.

Estancia agradable para 5 personas
Pros: El piso está muy bien decorado, con dos baños y dos habitaciones amplias. La cocina bien equipada con lavavajillas, nevera, microondas y horno. Dispone de sartenes, cubiertos etc. También hay dos secadores. Relación calidad-precio bien, en comparación con otras viviendas en Niza.
Cons: Me gustaría que hubiesen dejado más papel higiénico y toallas. El sofá cama no es del todo cómodo. Se veía mucho la luz exterior para dormir.

Pros: Apartamentul este foarte frumos ,foarte bine dotat și la doi pași de centrul vechi.
Cons: În fața proprietății se faceau lucrări de demolare iar în ultimile două zile au început și vecinii de sus să refacă apartamentul.

Kan rekommenderas!
Pros: Det låg bra. Gångavstånd till både hamnen, gamla stan, centrala Nice och havet. Det var välstädat och allt man behövde fanns i lägenheten. Bra instruktioner för var och hur du hämtade nyckeln då kontoret var stängt när vi anlände. Bra och snabb kommunikation med hyresvärden då man undrade om saker.
Cons: Då det var varmt så kunde man inte öppna fönsterluckorna, så lite mörkt i lägenheten. AC:ns slang var tvungen att ledas ut genom fönstret mot gatan vilket gjorde att ljudnivån från trafiken blev ganska hög.
