Clean and well located apartment

Pros: The property is nice and modern. Very clean. The location is great.. just 10-15min to the center of Nice.

Cons: The indications for the parking were quite confusing as the name we were given dis not match with the name os the parking. Also the instructions given to enter the apartment were quite confusing. We were supposed to text the owner once we got to the apartment to open the door remotely. When we texted him it took him 25min to open the door. Please find another more effective way

My first stay in Nice was a good experience in overall

Pros: Overall, it was a good apartment. The location was an 8-minute walk from the metro station and 2 bus stations nearby. However, the neighbourhood is not that nice. In a 4-minute walk, you will end up in a good neighbourhood, btw. There is a Lidl supermarket nearby which you can purchase everything. The bed was good. The apartment facilities were good and enough. The property manager ( Delphine) is a kind-hearted person trying to support as much as she can. Overall, it was a good stay for me.

Cons: The room could be cleaner ( especially floor and cabinets). Due to working sites in this street, the noise can bother you if you are a light sleeping person. I guess they need to change the windows into 2 layers system so they can block the noise completely.

Pros: Perfect location very friendly and helpful owner 😊 we can recommend it 👍

Very nice apartment

Pros: Very polite and communicative property manager Clear rules for check-in and checkout Nicely renovated apartment AC working perfectly Quiet apartment, well insulated Bus stop and supermarket nearby

Cons: Someone needs to sharpen the knives in the kitchen ;) The apartment is located a bit on the side, 15min walk from the old Nice. Currently, it is next to a big construction (as of summer 2023). There was NO noise from the construction when we were there, but be aware that this might be changing.

Pros: good central location, well equipped and very clean

Cons: since the parking is not close by, unloading and loading the luggage from the car is made by shortly blocking the one of the two lanes of the street in front.

Modern and comfortable

Pros: Modern and comfortable. Excellent value, it has all and more for the 3-stars accomodation.

Cons: It's near one of the main city roads.

Świetne miejsce.

Pros: Przestronny apartament. Bardzo fajny układ mieszkania. Świetnie wyposażony. Było tam wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Bardzo dobrze przygotowany na pobyt małych dzieci (łóżeczko dziecięce, krzesełko). Dogadana lokalizacja, blisko tereny zielone z placami zabaw dla dzieci, blisko do starego miasta i niedaleko do promenady. Czysto, dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Fajne miejsce na długi i krótki pobyt.

Cons: Widok z okna żaden. Dość dziwny sposób zameldowania, ale nie był jakoś szczególnie uciążliwy. Kilka rzeczy w mieszkaniu wymaga zreperowania jak np. Zamek w drzwiach do łazienki, ale są to kosmetyczne poprawki, które nie wpływają na ogólny komfort pobytu.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement propre, bien situé, avec une propriétaire très accueillante.

Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La propriétaire a été très sympathique et disponible, même à notre arrivée tardive vers minuit, elle nous a accueillis chaleureusement et nous a ouvert les lieux. L’appartement était parfaitement propre et conforme aux photos. Il est très bien situé, idéal pour profiter de la ville avec un parking pratique à proximité. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !
