Apartment was good, location perfect. Some things can be better but overall good stay.
Pros: Very good location. Place looked lovely and was comfy. Airconditioner was lifesaver! Easy self check-in and good instructions how to get the key.
Cons: It was weird that we needed to take out our trash by ourselves. Pillows were a little bit thin, would have liked if there were more pillows in bed. Apartment was on 7th floor and the lift was suspicious, so we went by foot to the 7th floor.

Pros: Fully equipped kitchen, it had even a wine opener. The location is actually better than I thought, with only 20 minutes of easy strolling you can reach Old Nice and the beach as well.

Lovely location and lovely stay
Pros: Location wise it’s a great place to stay. You are just around the corner from the bus stops, supermarket, tram from and to the airport, great location. It is a spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Nicely decorated. It was easy to find keys and get into the apartment.
Cons: I wouldn’t say it was very clean. I saw very long hairs on the floor right around the doors. Towels had long hair hanging on them. In my bed I found a piece of stone that fell off the earring I guess (I thought it was a clean bed, but then I don’t know how it got there?) Their checkout message was a bit intimidating: if you leave a dish you will be charged €20. If you leave a garbage bag you will be charged €20. Anything can happen when you check out, but the costs for things you might forget to do are very high.

Comfortable, clean apartment. A perfect base to explore Nice.
Pros: Perfect little apartment a stone’s throw from the old port and a 15 minute walk into the old town. Not far from a tram at the port and train station. Perfect spot to explore Nice. Air con helped us keep cool, too!
Cons: Not a big deal but you have to dispose of your own rubbish but there was nowhere to dispose of it.

Pros: Un très bel appartement avec tout le confort qu'il faut. J'étais en déplacement pour passer un concours et cet appartement m'a apporté le réconfort dont j'avais besoin 😊 Pas très loin dz la promenade des anglais et du port. Une adresse à partager.

Pros: Très beau établissement, le balcon est vraiment top, la cuisine, l’emplacement également !!
Cons: Le guide concernant la récupération des clés n’est pas clair pour moi. Il faudrait peut-être mettre une adresse exacte dans le guide. L’horaire de Check out : nous avions reçu un message de Booking qui disait que c’était à 11h et le jour du départ à 8h nous avons reçu un message disant que c’était à 10h 🥲

Pros: Posizione perfetta, vicino al porto e a pochi passi dal Lungomare. Struttura accogliente, pulita con un bel balconcino, che affaccia su un tranquillo cortile interno. Letto e doccia, perfetti.

Séjour qui correspondait à mes attentes.
Pros: Le studio est très bien placé : à 2 pas du port et proche de la rue Bonaparte qui conduit directement à la place Cassini à proximité du vieux Nice. Un Intermarché à 50 mètres du studio, très pratique.

Veldig grei leilighet som svarte til forventningen fra bildene i annonsen, Topp beliggenhet.
Pros: Veldig god beliggenhet i nærheten av metro til flyplass og havna. Kort gangavstand til gamlebyen, Garibaldiplassen og promenaden. Flott tur for den som liker litt kupert terreng: over Mont Boron ned til Villefranche (lunch) og tilbake langs kyststien fra Darse mot Nice.

Very happy with the apartment, and the location of the apartment was much better than I anticipated.
Pros: A very nice apartment, it was clean, spacious, quiet. I would happily stay there again if my holiday plans brought me back to Nice. Some additional perks with this location. A quick walk to the Port, under 10 minutes easily. At the port you can get on the tram and access all of Nice. There’s a very good grocery store a block away, just turn left as you leave the apartment building. Also, turn left or right as you leave the building and there’s a pastry/coffee shop a block away both directions. The smaller Nice-Riquer train station is a 15 minute walk away, turn right when you leave apartment building. This was convenient for remote locations (day trips) I visited and/or returned home from. Example: Going to Antibes or later in the week, returning home from Monaco.
Cons: Key box location didn’t match the instructions, but a WhatsApp call and issue was quickly resolved. The host is easily accessible using WhatsApp.
