Pros: Perfetta la posizione a due passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro, sia la parte nuova che la città vecchia. Parcheggio coperto di fronte alla casa e parcheggi all'aperto a pagamento in abbondanza. Negozio e ristoranti sono a due passi. Il proprietario é stato molto accogliente. Qualche piccola mancanza nell'appartamento soprattutto un appendiabiti e un armadio per appendere i propri vestiti; ci vorrebbe anche uno specchio a figura intera. Ma per il resto ottima struttura.

Pros: Proximité centre ville, et très proche de la promenade des anglais. Bien desservi niveau transport.

Cons: Bruit voisinage le soir mais ce n'était pas gênant pour moi

Pros: Très bon emplacement, très bien équipé, communication très fluide avec la propriétaire.

Cons: Le seul bémol c'est l'insonorisation. On entend absolument tout.. Pour ma part j'ai un bon sommeil donc ça ne m'a pas déranger mais ma maman a du mettre des bouchons d'oreilles.

Superbe sejour à Congrès residence

Pros: Superbe appartement conforme aux photos Propre, adorable, decoré avec gouts, bien équipé, fonctionnel. Je recommende +++++ et reviendrais sans hésiter! Ideal pour notre sejour à Nice Emplacement genial dans le Cartier Or Au Niveau de la promenade des Anglais Encore merci à Rogerio pour l’acceuil et sa disponibilité ainsi que ses adresses a proximité de l’appartement !
