The perfect location for a comfortable stay in Nice.

Pros: Location, facilities, quiet area, the street is free of car traffic and close to trams that go straight to the airport. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Beach.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. It had all I wanted and more.

Pros: Everything is clean and well-kept. There is everything you need and even more. Quiet and calm place. Everything is convenient. Everything is simple, fast and excellent.

Good place to stay near Nice Ville train station

Pros: Great property in a fantastic location. Old nice is only a 30 minute walk, and the beach is about 10 minutes! Grocery stores and bakeries are all around, with Place Masséna only 20 minutes away. Beds were comfy and lots of room for three of us.

Cons: The place doesn’t vent well at all. Showers made the place super stuffy with the steam, and even opening windows still didn’t make much of a difference. The fans were nice, but again didn’t help much. I’d recommend booking here, but be warned it could be extremely hot. The weather was only a high of 28C for us, so imagine if it got hotter it would’ve been much worse
