Amazing

Pros: It have great commodities and an amazing view to the city. The apartment was big, clean and with a great aesthetic. The landlord is really helpful and give you advice on what to do in the city.

Cons: At night is a little difficult to get there since the bus pass only until 9pm. However is close to the city and well connected.

Pros: Very clean, nice view and the kitchen was good equipped. The air conditioning was available on both floors The instructions of the owner were very helpful and he thought of everything.

Cons: The bed in the upper floor was to short for 2 people.

Pros: The owner was really nice. There was everything we needed. The view was perfect.

Cons: The bus 64 doesnt go as often to the top where the House is. But you can take the stairs. It was a hike.

Cracking place just away enough for some piece and quiet but not to far away either

Pros: Great little apartment with fantastic view of the city! Only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop (number 64) A great host with fantastic communication.

Pros: Widok z okien mieszkania rewelacyjny. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny i miły. Apartament oddalony od centrum, ale w przypadku samochodu jest to tylko parę minut drogi. Dla tego widoku warto. Bardzo spokojna okolica. Apartament czysty, zadbany, z pełnym wyposażeniem. Bardzo udany pobyt.

Pros: Wspaniałe miejsce zwłaszcza na odpoczynek. Widok z okien bezcenny. Z dala od zgiełku miasta dobre miejsce startowe zarówno na zwiedzanie i plażowania jak i na wędrówkę w góry. Właściciel Gerard uprzejmy, bardzo pomocny. Jeszcze przed przylotem udzielał przesłał nam rady i informacje, przydatne w organizacji naszego pobytu. Sprawnie odpowiadał na nasze pytania. SUPER!

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful neighborhood of Nice with the most beautiful view of the bay!

Pros: Gérard is a very attentive host. He gave us a ton of useful information before our arrival to get there safely and efficiently, he took the time to explain to us the best way to park our car. His apartment is very well-equipped and confortable, with the best view of Nice. It is perched on an hill, facing the bay, but surprisingly you are just 40 minutes away from the beach by foot. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and relaxing.

Cons: Bakeries and stores are at the bottom of the hill. It means you need to get a serious flight of stairs to get there, or a bus. It doesn't take long, but it is steep.
