Pros: Cozy clean flat with everything you need to spend a few days in Nice. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Little terrace where you can take breakfast or coffee. Pros: Le professionnalisme et la disponibilité la conciergerie ont largement contribué à ce que notre séjour soit un bon moment !

Cons: Les serviettes usées et tachées, les draps pas nickels, quelques ustensiles de cuisine vieux, abîmés...Heureusement que la personne de la conciergerie était là pour tout régler rapidement !

Pros: My wife and I just spent 5 weeks in this flat, using Nice as a home base. Great for short or long term stays as it has all facilities needed. As advertised. Nice comfortable flat in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants, train station and more. Good value. No issues but Olivia kept in contact regardless. Two great local restaurants were Kruathai and Le Tchitchou both of which are right on Ave. George Clemenceau. Highly recommend.
