Comfortable, spacious, good value for money and great location, responsive host…would stay again!

Pros: Loved the street - full of interesting quirky shops and brilliant bakery. Good restaurants in area. Pleasant classic French architecture. Handy for station and tram. Host was easy to communicate with via Whatsapp. Did not appear, but instructions were clear. It is actually spacious, no noise problems, comfortable beds, kitchen adequately provisioned. Plenty of consumables (loo paper, coffee machine pods, etc.)

Cons: Decor and furniture pretty spartan, but not a problem.

Cons: Bagno, porte e finestre che non si chiudevano bene, caldaia rumorosa.

Pros: La amplitud, estaba limpio, cómodo, la señora de la limpieza muy amable

Cons: Vecino de arriba fue ruidoso todo el tiempo no dej descansar 3 noches seguidas, empezaba e ruido a las 21 horas y terminaba a día siguiente a las 0200 horas de l madrugada , el dueño habló con él pero siguió con el ruido Muy mal vecino

Pros: アパートの鍵の受け渡しは独特だが迷うようなことはなく、大家とはチェックイン、チェックアウトどちらも顔を合わせることがなかった。調味料は豊富に揃えられており、料理をする身としては高評価。年季の入った建物だが綺麗にリノベされており、安普請感はない。トイレが独立しており、シャワールーム・洗面所と別の部屋なのも得点高い。疑問点に素早く返信をくれるので、大家さんの対応力は高い。

Cons: アパートはいわゆる下町にあり、移民コミュティの出来上がった地区のようで、ニースの持つキラキラしたイメージとは少し違っているように感じる場所にある。エレベーターは存在したが故障しており、他の住人に「しょっちゅう壊れてる」と言われたので、あまり期待できないかもしれない。２階（ヨーロッパ表記の１階）なので、スーツケースの上げ下ろし以外は対した苦労にはならないが。大家とのチャットのやり取りはフランス語になるが、翻訳アプリのコピペで十分なので今時は苦労しないでしょう。空港へ行くトラム駅や国鉄ニース駅までは少し距離があり、大きな荷物を持っている時は苦労するかも。
