We had all we needed and Brian was very helpful, thank you!

Pros: We liked the Hammam, the huge balcony, the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable sitting area. The beds were comfortable and the aircon efficient.

Cons: I find a duvet too hot but need something to sleep under. There was no sheet so I had to take the duvet cover off and use it as a sheet. Then I was able to sleep without aircon, which saves money and the planet.

Pros: The property was in a very good location both close to the beach and to Old Nice. It was a very comfortable apartment with everything you needed.

Likely to come back.

Pros: Clean and spacious. Daylight blockers to give you good rest during the night. Loved the steam shower. Short walk to train station which takes you to all major places. Morning sun on the balcony.

Perfect place to stay, lots of room and great for a couple or family. Best place I've ever stayed.

Pros: The location was great—only a few minutes' walk from the main attractions and lovely restaurants, cafes, attractions, and the seafront. The apartment was amazing, spotless, and very comfortable. The air conditioning, steam sauna shower, and lots of other mod cons made it very pleasurable. There were great balconies to look out from and a lovely BBQ to use.

Spacious and comfortable apartment

Pros: We liked the location, close to restaurants and supermarket, and not far from the train station. And the street is very quiet. And the apartment is very spacious and bright, very comfortable and well equipped. The host is friendly and reachable by phone.

Cons: One negative point was the lack of a bidet in the bathroom and also a clothes dryer, because although there is a balcony to hang clothes, on rainy days the clothes do not dry easily. I also missed a large mirror in one of the bedrooms and there was no full size pillow, just square pillows.

Great stay. Lovely apartment and host. Very happy to recommend.

Pros: Very clean. Steam shower excellent. Balcony gives plenty of room with bbq a bonus for eating in as an option. Nice view of Russian Orthodox Church at the back. Support and contact from Brian, host, was excellent and very helpful.

We absolutely love everything!

Pros: We had a fantastic time during our stay. The host was friendly and was very kind to allow us to drop luggage earlier. It was close to Carrefour so it was easy to buy ingredients for cooking. The view from our rooms and balcony was amazing. We specifically loved the big sofa where the whole family could gather together. The bathroom was spacious too. We enjoyed every corner of the apartment.

Comfortable, clean, and modern

Pros: Great modern apartment, very comfortable for a family of 5, got all the essentials in it, in a good location that's close to a bakery,, a supermarket, and a few options for food. We definitely made use of the large balcony. The check-in and check-out process was very simple, with Brian providing clear communication leading up to both.

Cons: On-site parking is tight if you have an SUV.
