Pros: 1.房东人很好，回答问题快速、耐心，给与细致的指导和解答。 2.公寓附近可以免费停车，但是我们那天是周六到的，车位比较难找，找了很久总算找到一个。 3.公寓附近有个超市，买东西很方便 4.公寓距离电车站很近，方便坐车去尼斯老城。但是需要注意要现在售票机买好电车充值卡并充值才可以坐电车。 5.阳台很舒服，厨房很实用。

Cons: 1.卫生间洗手液的瓶子、架子、洗脸池清洁度需要进一步提高

Pros: Appartamento molto silenzioso e pulito, comodo, bel balconcino. Bagno senza finestra ma abbastanza grande. Lontano dal centro come si può vedere nella cartina ma molto vicino alla fermata del tram che ti porta in centro e sul lungo mare. L'host non l'abbiamo conosciuto ma ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni tramite telefono. È stato gentilissimo a farci trovare l'asciugacapelli.
