Appartement neuf 4-6 personnes en bord de Mer

Pros: Very very good stay. Spacious apartment with private access. A big balcony in the front. Fully loaded kitchen with all other facilities like washing machine, air conditioning etc. Amazing location right in front of tram stop. And on top of it a very gracious and welcoming host.

Pros: The apartment is well located to the airport and St. Augustine station from where you can take a train to Cannes, Monaco, etc. Well equipped, 2 bathrooms, towels, fridge, stove, iron, microwave etc but not well insulated and you can hear noise from the street as well as planes landing/taking off but generally after 11pm the traffic slows down and can sleep. The host and his wife are very kind. I recommend this apartment and would stay there again on my next trip.

Pros: Molto carino l’appartamento, c’è tutto anche un bel patio fuori con le poltrone. Due bagni che sono molto comodi.

Appartement fonctionnel à 2 pas du tram et de la mer

Pros: Appartement très fonctionnel À 1 min du tram donc très facile pour circuler dans Nice et à 2 min de la mer Place de parking, wiki et tout l’équipement de cuisine nécessaire

Pros: Séjour très agréable en famille. Propriétaire très accueillant et agréable, échanges fluides, le propriétaire est tres reactif c'est un +++. L'appartement est bien situé, propre et très bien équipé.je recommande cet appartement vous y passerez un agréable moment.

Cons: L'appartement du dessus qui donne à manger aux pigeons et qui donne donne directement sur la terrase. Légère odeur d humidité dans l'appartement. Le canapé du salon se déplie mais couchage léger seulement pour des enfants je pense.

Pros: Nous avons apprécié la place de parking et l'accessibilité de l'appartement. Appartement agréable et chambres spacieuses avec salle de bain et toilette chacune très appréciable. Merci pour votre accueil nous avons bien profité de cette belle ville. Les pizzas accessibles à pied pour notre dernière soirée c'était top.

Cons: Petit manque d'isolation Petit manque linge de maison comme torchon et tapis de bain mais rien d'important
