Lovely sea view apartment with easy connection to main attractions.

Pros: Really nice apartment, very clean, equipped with all facilities tourist may need, including washing machine and dish washer. Airco is efficient. Super location, close to the sea. Easy access to the airport and city center by tram. Nice, not expensive restaurants in the walking distance. We have appreciated warm welcome by the owner and sea view.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Very comfortable and clean apartment, close to the beach and tram/bus stop - it was perfect for us!

Pros: The apartment was comfortable and exceptionally clean, there was everything we needed, also for cooking. We enjoyed the beach within walking distance and tram stop near the apartment was very convenient after long day in Cannes/Monaco or city center :) Thank you Anna for your hospitality!

Super-duper nice hosts and cute apartment

Pros: Amazing, cosy, clean, safe, and quiet place that has all the things that you need to enjoy the Nice. Hosts are intelligent and caring. Even they had a welcome kit with coffee and cookies. 😊

Cons: Just a minor point: check-in too late and check-out too early.

Pros: Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Immer sofort auf unsere Fragen geantwortet im Vorfeld. Haben uns vor Ort getroffen und sie hat uns sehr nett begrüsst, uns von der Gegend berichtet, wo was zu finden ist, wie der öffentliche Verkehr funktioniert. Im Appartment selbst war ein Begrüssungsdrink, Kaffee, Kekse bereitgestellt. Wunderbarer Empfang. Das Appartment selbst ist klein und fein, sehr sauber und hat alles was man benötigt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Definitiv zu empfehlen. Zum Strand ist es nur über die Strasse. Strassenbahn hält vor dem Haus und man ist in ca 15min im Zentrum. Alles in allem, es hat für uns von A (wie Anna) bis Z (wie Zimmer) rundherum gepasst. Gerne mal wieder!
