Pros: We had a fantastic stay in this holiday place as a family of 4! The location is unbeatable - the expansive beach, the picturesque harbour and the lively city centre are all a stroll away. The flat is quiet and nicely decorated, which immediately gives a feeling of well-being. The facilities are excellent, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The transport links are also excellent, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding area. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this place!

Pros: Eine ziemlich neu eingerichtete, geräumige und geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung im 2. Stock eines Stadthauses am Rande von Cimiez, mit einer geräumigen Wohnküche, zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Bad. Bei der Ausstattung wurde an sehr vieles gedacht, genügend Schränke, Ablagemöglichkeiten, Küchengeräte, Bad ... Alle Installation sind auf einem guten Stand der Technik, Betten sehr solide. Von der Lage und Umgebung her befindet man sich fast im Zentrum von Nizza an der Schnittstelle von Hafenviertel, Altstadt und Neustadt. Um die Ecke hat man direkt Zugang zur neu gestalteten, riesigen Promenade im Paillontal, ein paar Schritte weiter gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Urlaub in Nizza und Umgebung. Das mit Dauerparkkarte benutzbare öffentliche Parkhaus in 5 min Entfernung ist ein seltenes Feature in Nizza, Sehr netter und flexibler Empfang und Verabschiedung.
Cons: Heizung in einem der Schlafzimmer muss noch mal gecheckt werden, braucht man im Winter. Die Straße direkt vorm Haus ist leider nicht die allerschönste und sauberste.

Die Kombination von der Wohnung und dem Standort ist traumhaft!
Pros: Letztes Mal hat uns diese lichtdurchflutete, feine Wohnung mit hohen Decken so gut gefallen, dass wir sie erneut gebucht haben. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe und Stil dekoriert, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Küchenequipment ist für uns als Familie sehr wichtig und es fehlt an nichts. Ein Parkplatz im Parkhaus in 2 Minuten Gehweg war sehr bequem zu nutzen. Direkt um die Ecke haben wir einen gut sortierten Lebensmittelladen entdeckt (Lidl), wo sogar diverses französisches Frühstücksgebäck in Bäckereiqualität zu kaufen gibt. Das wow Erlebnis aus dieser Reise – ein neuer Parkabschnitt direkt hinter dem Haus ist eröffnet worden! Mit Fitnessstudio unter dem freien Himmel und Klettergerüst für die kleineren Familienmitglieder. Wir konnten vom Haus durch die grüne Fußgänger-Zone bis zur Stadtmitte, Altstadt und zu den Stränden spazieren. Herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeberin, wie auch letztes Mal immer zuvorkommend und nett! 100% Weiterempfehlung von unserer Familie!
Cons: Das Wasser im Meer hätte wärmer sein können. Mir ist allerdings bewusst, dass Mitte Oktober dies ein unverschämter Wunsch ist;)

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Stadt
Pros: Gute Lage (20 Min. zu Fuß in die Stadt), ruhiges und gepflegtes Haus, Parkkarte für nahegelegenes Parkhaus (5 Min. zu Fuß). Gut ausgestattete Küche.
Cons: Balkon zu klein, um z.B. dort zu essen, aber das wussten wir ja vorher, deshalb nicht wirklich ein Kritikpunkt. Ansonsten alles bestens.

Beautiful and quiet apartment far from the tourist area, but close to everything
Pros: The apartment is a little jewel—comfortable and spacious—with two bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom, complemented by a very nice kitchenette. Our arrival was a bit late on our part due to travel delays, but the hostess was impeccable in her contact and attention, and we had no trouble reaching her and keeping her informed of our arrival. She was very kind and understanding. The apartment also has a nice parking lot nearby (200 meters away), where we could leave our car overnight in total safety. Another bonus is that it is not located in the middle of the tourist area of the city, so it was really calm and quiet. At the same time, it is within walking distance of Place Masséna, Old Nice, and the beach, which was really nice. If not by walking, they can also be reached by bus lines accessible near the apartment. All in all, a very good stay in a beautiful apartment.
Cons: Everything was wonderful, but one issue was the air conditioning, which is available only in one half of the apartment and doesn't fully reach the other half. Still, we were in Nice during a very intense heat wave, so this might be more due to the extreme and unusual weather rather than the apartment itself. Anyway, with this stay, the positive aspects were far more important and relevant than this small detail.

Pros: 靠近老城，走到海滩10-20分钟，房间干净整洁，配有厨房、餐具、调味料、咖啡机、洗衣机等，设施完备，整体住的感觉舒适。
Cons: 房间在2楼，建筑没有电梯，但员工帮忙体行李，非常感谢。停车场要走200米，稍稍有点不方便，但在市中心能理解。 需要配备更多厨房纸巾。

Ein sehr angenehmer und schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros: Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist noch neuwertig und sehr geschmackvoll. In der Küche mangelt es an nichts. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, wenn man eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr möchte. Mit dem Bus 12+ kann man von dort direkt zum Flughafen fahren und umgekehrt. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen, falls wir nochmals nach Nizza reisen.
Cons: Ideal wäre es, wenn in der Nähe ein Café oder eine Bäckerei wäre. Beides ist ungefähr in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
