Overall, perfect for young people – would definitely recommend.

Pros: Perfect location and a quiet apartment — right next to the sea and with a tram stop just in front. The bed was new (different from the one in the pictures). The apartment also had useful amenities like a washing machine and a coffee machine (both with capsules). In the kitchen, there were basic pots, pans, salt, a few packets of sugar, teas, and everything else you might need for cooking (no cooking oil nor pepper though). Towels and soap were also provided.

Cons: The apartment would benefit from a thorough cleaning. It wasn’t too bad—bed sheets and towels were clean, and there was no unpleasant smell—but some attention to detail would be appreciated. For this price range, it was fine. The balcony would also benefit from furniture replacement.

Cons: Temporär einige Bauarbeiten in umliegenden Häusern, daher zeitweise laut. Nicht Fehler der Vermieter.

Pros: Great location with a comfy, clean room! Pretty good spot overall for this price range!

Pros: Emplacement parfait. Appartement fonctionnel et confortable.

Cons: Mobilier de balcon rouillé. Manque de prises à la culsine.
