Pros: We absolutely loved everything about this property! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable — perfect for our group. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it easily accommodated us, and being on the 8th floor, the views were absolutely stunning. The pool was a real highlight as well: beautifully maintained, clean, and with panoramic views that made every swim feel like a luxury experience. The entire stay felt effortless and relaxing — worth every bit of the price plus the pool fee. We’d definitely come back!

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like — everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the host was exceptionally responsive, handling everything with such grace and professionalism. It was a truly seamless and delightful experience from start to finish.

Pros: Just a perfect location for a beautiful stay in Nice!

Fabulous stay, going back next year at a similar time.

Pros: Franciose, our host, was fantastic. She arranged for Martine, very cheerful and helpful, to meet us at the property with a key and introduce us to the facilities. We have stayed in Nice many times but not on the hill in Fabron; the views from the 180 wrap around balcony were superb - something to interest the eye regardless of the time of day. We ate twice at the on site restaurant, both excellent meals in a wonderful setting. We walked downtown, along the promenade at least eight times, it still remains unique; trams and the bus were soon mastered so we never climbed the hill with shopping. Local shops were more than adequate and the locals were very friendly.

Cons: Taxi from airport did not take us in to the complex - we should have insisted, so initial walk on a hot afternoon could have been avoided. Note, host did provide us with a code for exit through the gate which we could have given to driver, that was just our naivety on the first day.

Pros: Понравился вид с балкона. На кухне есть всё,что может понадобиться. Есть два душа,нам для большой семьи это было удобно. Дом ,подъезд всё в отличном чистом состоянии.

Cons: Не понравилось,что нас поставили в рамки по поводу заезда,мы даже не смогли покушать по дороге,потому что нас ждал мужчина в апартаментах,чтоб передать ключи. Везде уже придуманы сейф для ключей. Потом нам написали,что если мы не заселимся до 19.00 мы должны оплатить 50 евро( со мной такое в первые) . В апартаментах ждал нас мужчина,хорошо выпивший,он закрыл все окна и нечем было дышать. Туалет один не работал,заклеен скотчем,для большой семьи было не удобно. Ещё смущали старые фотографии жильцов этой квартиры. И ещё очень не комфортно,что апартаменты без частной парковки,нужно каждый день искать место для своей машины,что занимало много время и апартаменты находятся на высоте,поэтому мне как в положении оставить машину и подниматься вверх было сложно.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön.Die Räumlichkeiten sind gut verteilt.Es fehlt an nichts in der Wohnung.Wir waren sehr begeistert.Die Aussicht auf Nizza ist traumhaft...

Cons: Die Wohnung liegt auf dem Berg.Es ist etwas schwer einen Parkplatz vor der Wohnung zu bekommen..Wir haben die Biomülltonne und Restmüll Tonne nicht gefunden.Die gelbe Tonne steht im Keller...

Eine perfekte Wohnung für einen Urlaub an der Côte d‘Azur

Pros: Liebevoll dekorierte Wohnung in einem sehr gepflegten Wohnkomplex, ein Balkon mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, komplett ausgestattete Küche mit modernen Elektrogeräten, gute Anbindung mit Bus, Supermarkt und Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Wir könnten noch so viel positives auflisten :) Besonders erwähnen möchten wir noch die freundliche Kommunikation mit Françoise und die herzliche Begrüßung von Martine.

Pros: Bonne réactivité de Françoise et Martine. Appartement très spacieux bien divisé, lumineux, vue époustouflante depuis toutes les pièces grâce au balcon circulaire, notamment sur la baie des Anges, cuisine moderne et bien équipée, salles de bains également. Il ne manque rien chez Françoise. Parking gratuit dans la résidence. Immeuble en hauteur, dans la verdure au milieu d'espèces méditerrannéennes.

Cons: Il ne s'agit pas spécialement de l'appartement mais de sa localisation à proximité du grand aéroport de Nice : le bruit est incessant, on s'y habitue ou pas ! Nous n'avons pas déjeuner au club house car nous y avons été très mal accuiellis alors que nous y allions juste en reconnaissance.

Pros: La vista al mar increíble. El apartamento muy confortable.

Pros: Plaši apartamenti ar ļoti lielu terasi, brīnišķīgs skats. Laba atrašanās vieta, kluss rajons, netālu veikals, picērija, konditoreja, teritorijā restorāns, baseins. Slēgta teritorija, netālu sabiedriskais transports, 15min.līdz jūrai.

Cons: Baseins par papildus maksu.
