Relaxing staying

Pros: We stayed at this apartment for almost a month while our house was being renovated. We didn't meet the hosts in person but they were very nice and always available. They responded to our questions in no time. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay. Plenty of dishes, cups, great tv, fast wifi, comfortable bed, washing machine, dish washer, etc. It also has a covered parking for the car, and of course the sea view. The residence is secure. There is a guardian almost 24/7. We also got delivered few parcels and they were super nice.

Cons: Some of the electrical outlets are a bit loose, and a few light bulbs were making some noise.

Pros: La struttura era ben organizzata, parcheggio al coperto, appartamento ben accessoriato, pulizia TOP e letto molto confortevole. Vista ampia e terrazzo coperto. Fermata bus vicina

Cons: Da sapere che la struttura è situata abb fuori dal centro e che c’è una bella salita per arrivarci

Magnifique logement avec vue sur la mer.

Pros: Superbe appartement doté d'un balcon offrant une magnifique vue sur la mer. Le logement est composé d'une chambre, de deux salle de bain, deux WC, une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée ouverte. Côté équipements, rien ne manque, frigo, TV grand écran, machine à laver le linge, lave vaisselle, deux canapés et WIFI de qualité. Vous disposez d'une place de stationnement dans le parking souterrain (résidence B2). Les clés sont dans un locker à l'extérieur de la résidence Très bonne communication avec la conciergerie. La résidence est en outre dotée d'une loge avec une société de sécurité privée 24/24. Il y a des commerces à moins de 10 minutes à pieds (avenue Bonaparte).

Cons: Attention plusieurs prises murales sont sorties des plinthes (chambre et séjour). Il faut absolument que le voisin arrête de stationner sa voiture sur l'emplacement dédié au logement.
