Beautiful property and very kind responsive host.

Pros: The property and the location. A different and beautiful experience compared to staying in a hotel or urban apartment. Well equipped and clean.

Cons: A small matter to note -the hall with sofa bed does not have an air conditioner, only the bedroom has. But it cools down the hall in about 1 hour if you leave the door open.

Pros: the location is fairly good, you can reach the beach just walking around 7 minutes. The yard is large enough for us to park car easily and safely. The room is large for my family, anyway if the lord can provide kitchen tissue it will be perfect.

Pros: Privé terrein en schoon. Heel erg fijn warm water.

Cons: Omdat het gebouw wat ouder is, kraakt de vloer. Verder kraakt het bed in de slaapkamer waar wij verbleven ook heel erg.

Pros: Wyjątkowe miejsce, w którym czuć prawdziwy klimat Nicei. Blisko centrum a jednocześnie w bardzo cichej spokojnej okolicy, z prywatnym parkingiem na terenie posesji (a miejsce parkingowe w Nicei to towar deficytowy). Dom zabytkowy, pięknie wykończony, bardzo czysty, zadbany. Polecam, bo mieszkanie w takim miejscu to czysta przyjemność. Dziękuję za magiczny pobyt.
