Pros: Apartament is located nearby airport and 20 min drive by tram to the Old Town. Tram line is very close. Very nice place to stay. I recomended this place. Nice is very beatyful city, especially drink the night.

Cons: Bed in the main bedroom is comfortable, in the second bedroom it's a Little bit not🙃 You have possibilty park your car on private place, but......very often the gate is blocked by another cars 🙃 We had twierdzi that situation, beacouse this street is very crowdy. It's a problem for non-speaking in french People, because the owner from cars witch blocked you, speak only in french☺️ and finały you have to park your car on the street.

Pros: We arrived before check-in time, despite this the owners met us earlier and helped with parking, unloading things, allocated a safe place for bicycles. A cozy separate house, near the beach. We liked everything, thank you!

Pros: We had a wonderful 2-night stay in Olga's place in Nice. The check-in process was seamless, and Olga was extremely responsive and helpful, especially when we had questions about parking options. The house was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. It was very spacious, offering plenty of room for our family of five. We also appreciated the convenient location, with a variety of shops nearby, including a large Carrefour, making it easy to cook meals at home at a reasonable price. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nice!

Cons: Everything was great, maybe the only improvement would be a slightly comfier bed in the smaller bedroom.

Spacious and pleasant apartment in Nice suburbs near the beach

Pros: Spacious ground floor apartment with well-equipped kitchen and comfy bed in main bedroom. The apartment is close to two tram stops, a bus stop, and an electric bike park, all on the seafront. All take around 20 minutes to get to the Vielle Ville. The bikes are more expensive but more fun! Only c.20 mins by tram from the airport too. There's a small pebble beach less than 5 minutes from the property with a shower, small park and trees for shade. Nearest supermarket is Carrefour, less than 5 mins walk. We had the option of paying to park at the property, but street parking is free and we found a space outside the apartment.

Cons: The aircon unit is in the lounge so our bedroom was very hot - we were there in a heatwave. The sofa bed in the second bedroom is too short for a tall adult, the mattress is lumpy and the legs collapsed. However the sofa in the lounge is a very comfortable full-length sofa bed so we were OK.

Pros: We liked the fact that the Apartment can handle 2 Families. We had multiple luggage and there are 8 to 10 stairs which made it quite difficult for us. Room are spacious but do not have Aircon. Only living room had an aircon.There is one fan that was provided which in summer was quite uncomfortable for 2 Families.

Cons: 1.)Stairs to carry lugggaes. 2.)Location is close to Airport but few stops from the City Centre. 3.)No Air cons in the bedroom(s)

Pros: The host was available for questions on whatsup and the check in was easy. The apartment is quite large with spacious rooms. The apartment is very near the tram and also the beach.

Cons: We struggled to find parking in the area, I was expecting parking to be available.

Pros: The apartment is well-located, just a short walk from the main beach in Nice, about 500 meters away. It's not the fanciest or most tourist beach, but it's the main one in the big area of Nice. Inside, the apartment is big, well-equipped, and clean. You'll find some coffee, sugar, and other basics to make your stay easier. Plus, there's private parking available on site for an extra charge. The host is friendly and easy to talk to.

Pros: Wonderful place, very comfortable and extremely clean apartment with everything necessary for a long stay with the whole family. The apartment is very near to tram and bus lines, only 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the historic hearth of the city. The area is quiet and safe. There is a small garden behind the villa so you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee on a sunny balcony with garden view and lemon fragrance. The main bedroom and living room are very spacious, the second room is smaler but with comfortable double bed. There are many storage spaces in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary stuff. Supermarket, small shops and restaurants are just cross the street. Olga is very helpful host and we enjoy perfect vacation! Thank you, Olga! Strongly recommend and hope we will be back soon!

Pros: They were so friendly. And the rooms inside the house were so clean and cozy that my parents really loved that place. Thank you so much for hosting! I hope that someday I can visit once more.
