Pros: Beautiful apartment and very stylish. Good attention to detail and fully equipped. Really comfy beds and the garden was a bonus with outdoor furniture.

Cons: The below ground carpark is definitely an issue and it took a person on foot to guide the car down with multiple reverse and forward manoeuvres. WiFi didn't work.

Pros: Apartment was new and clean. The view also amazing.

Cons: Parking-we didn’t reach to park into the garage. No chance to get in with a bigger car as a smart for two. So we had to park 500m away. Keys-we let them know when we exactly gonna come but we had to collect a keys in Nice.

Very modern and functional apartment with a great view and a painful access to garage

Pros: From my experience with all previous BnB type of accommodations, this place is by far the best in terms of how modern, comfortable, well-equipped, spacious, safe, new and well maintained is. It has a full, modern and well-supplied kitchen, full-size fridge, dishwasher, integrated family room with access to a nice patio. Mechanical blinds will provide total darkness to the apartment for a good sleep. There is a convenient and modern elevator. It is truly a gem with an extraordinary view of the Eze village and the castle ruins at the top of the mountain. Eze is a small mountain-top village, located between Nice and Monaco, so driving to any of those wonderful places is very easy. Monaco is just 10-15 minutes away driving and Nice about 20-25 minutes. You will certainly need a car if you are planning to use this place, as it is not centric to any major city and there is not any nearby train station. The main downside though for this place is the parking garage.

Cons: The garage - while the parking -1 level itself is nice, gated and easy to access with an elevator, driving through the one-way at the time, very narrow and spiral shaped ramp to get to and from -1 level is a real, real nightmare. We had rented a Hyundai Tucson, which is considered a small SUV by American standards, and there was no way to drive it through the ramp w/o maneuvering back and forth multiple times to clear the concrete curbs and walls. It looks like it was designed having cars like a Fiat 500 or Mini Cooper in mind. Truly a wrestling contest every time we had to go through that ramp. We observed people parking a Range Rover on a prohibited to park spot just because it was impossible to get it down to the garage. Otherwise, this place would deserve a 12/10 rating.

Pros: Super séjour passé dans l appartement. Très beau et bien équipés rien ne manquait...L accueil très bien... Le seul bémol pour aller au garage la descente est pas évidente faut s y reprendre a plusieurs fois si grosse voiture ....Mais grand garage... Bien placé pour visité les alentours....

Cons: Rien du tout

Pros: A senhora estava à porta quando chegamos para nos receber, explicar tudo sobre a casa, inclusivo ac, autocarros e programas a fazer. Senhora muito simpática.

Cons: A casa estava numa boa localização, ao pé de autocarros e da old Village, no entanto não estava ao pé da estação de comboio e os autocarros tinham muito poucos horários.

Pros: Piękny nowoczesny apartament w dogodnej lokalizacji . Posiada pralkę, zmywarkę, ekspres do kawy, taras i kawałek ogródka. Bardzo przestronny i wygodny. Niczego nam nie brakowało.

Cons: Personel powinien bardziej zwrócić uwagę na czystość. Był nieprzyjemny zapach z lodówki oraz zmywarki, słabo doczyszczona płyta indukcyjna a w sypialniach był delikatny zapach stęchlizny ... tak jak by posciele były źle wysuszone. Parking tylko na małe auto.

Wyjazd, który spełnił moje marzenie .

Pros: Piękne nowoczesne wykończenie , możliwość skorzystania z basenu oraz świetna lokalizacja. Na pewno tam wrócę i polecę to miejsce każdemu kto wybiera się na Lazurowe Wybrzeże ☺️

Pros: La localisation géographique de l'appartement est parfaite pour visiter Eze, Menton et Nice. L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé.

Cons: Le parking est difficile d'accès et il faut réellement avoir un petit véhicule. Il existe en effet des parkings à proximité mais il faudrait préciser qu'ils sont tous payants tous les jours et les tarifs sont conséquents.

Pros: La ubicación. Creo fue la mejor que podíamos tener. Eze merece la pena alojarse allí y visitarla pronto, antes que los turistas. Luego el apartamento. Magnífico. Limpio. Todo nuevo y con piscina que venía genial al llegar de excursiones

Cons: El aparcamiento es algo para vivirlo. Inexplicable. Almenos tienes aparcamiento, pero hay que echarle paciencia. Mi coche no bajaba o subia la rampa curva que lleva al aparcamiento sin hacer menos de 10 maniobras para rectificar y no darte con la pared. Es verdad también que el mío no gira mucho. En todo caso no supuso gran problema pero puede que todo el mundo no opine igual

Pros: L'appartement conforme aux photos la qualité de la literie les équipements la vaisselle en quantité permettant de ne pas lancer un LV à moitié vide l'emplacement

Cons: L'accès au parking loin d'être évident (le propriétaire n'y peut rien)
