Pros: The hospitality of Jean piere an the proximity to the center, all the aminietes in the house and around. Just grate place

Decent and full equipped apartment

Pros: Nicely furnished apartment in decent residential building with spacious terrace and dedicated outdoor parking space. Apartment is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and we also liked espresso coffee machine. Jean Marie (owner) was very helpful and attentive. He welcomed us in person and gave us a lot of useful local information.

Cons: As it was mentioned, parking space is bit narrow, but we managed to use it with our SUV after short exercise without any issues. There is no air conditioning in the rooms only ceiling fans. In living room, it was ok as room is bigger and fan has lot of power. Bedroom gets hot quicker as it is smaller and fan is weaker. I believe that AC will be needed in the future.

We enjoyed staying in the appartement very much and we hope to return. Greatly recommended!

Pros: The appartement is very comfortable, very clean, modern, beautiful and calm. We felt like at home. The balcony with beautiful view at calm and green neighborhood is a great advantage! Jean-Marie, the host is very nice, helpful and attentive. He provided us with a lot of information about the local interesting places to visit. There was a coffee machine with capsules, tea bags, the bottle of water and the bottle of wine in the fridge. We enjoyed staying in the appartement very much and we hope to return. Greatly recommended!

Zum wiederholten Mal die Bestnote von uns

Pros: Eine perfekt ausgestattete komplette Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Frankreichurlaub benötigt. Eigentümer, die sich wirklich darum bemühen, dass die Gäste zufrieden sind und einen problemlosen Urlaub verbringen können. (Beispiel: Je eine gekühlte Flasche Rosé und Wasser, die bei der Ankunft für die Mieter bereit stehen.) Wir haben bei vielen Aufenthalten in Südfrankreich nichts Vergleichbares gefunden.

Cons: Das etwas unpraktische Waschbecken im Bad.

Pros: Apartment jest nowoczesny i czysty. Nowocześnie i wygodnie urządzony. Duży balkon jest idealną opcją na zjedzenie posiłków. Kuchnia jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Internet działał bez zarzutu. Bardzo miły gospodarz :)

Une belle adresse pour découvrir la région niçoise

Pros: L'accueil de notre hôte a été très chaleureux, disponible et de très bon conseil pour les visites de la région, les activités possibles ainsi que les découvertes culturelles et gastronomiques. L'appartement est très agréable, lumineux, spacieux, bien équipé et très bien situé. L'environnement est très plaisant et nous avons apprécié le calme qui régnait aux alentours et dans la résidence. Le parking individuel au pied de l'immeuble est également très pratique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
