2 pièces calme et fonctionnel

Pros: This place absolutely exceeded our expectations. It was extraordinarily clean, quiet and the views were very nice. The kitchen provided us with everything we needed, the bed was comfy and the balcony was cute. We did not meet Cécile, but she seemed very kind in the messages that we exchanged. If we ever come back to Nice area, we will definitely choose this accommodation again. Just be aware that the last bus that gets you to the hill where this place is located leaves at 19:50 from both directions!

Spacious and calm

Pros: Perfect location between Nice and Antibes, calm neighbourhood, clean, spacious, very friendly host and overall a really nice experience. We would come again for sure!

Cons: The bed has a wooden edge at the end and we are quite tall. Otherwise nothing to say, all was fine!

Pros: The room is large, beautiful, bright, clean, and also has a balcony. The room has everything! An oven, a microwave oven, an iron, a hair dryer, a storage rack, a lot of dishes and this is not the whole list of things. The room is designed for long-term stays. We are very satisfied! The hostess is gorgeous, kind, sweet. I definitely want to come back here for a long time. And the biggest plus is free Parking, the car is in the yard. There is a bus stop near the house, public transport goes often, if you do not have a car, then this is not a problem. The view from the window to the garden is very beautiful!

Good value for your money and well situated

Pros: Well situated 12 km from Nice, 14 km from Antibes. Quite, very friendly and helpfull owner.Very clean and spacious apartment with own private entrance. Free parking on site

Cons: A mirror in the bedroom will be nice to be able to blow your hair. A second pillow will also be appreciated.

Pros: L'hébergement est très propre et confortable. Les hôtes sont toujours aussi disponibles. Je n'ai pas hésité à y revenir et je recommande fortement.

Pros: Logement très calme. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et disponibles. Très bonne literie. Un séjour où je reviendrai.

Appartement très fonctionnel

Pros: Le propriétaire a eu des gentilles attentions l'appartement est très fonctionnel nous reviendrons à l'occasion

Pros: L’hôte est très accueillante L’appartement est parfaitement conforme à nos attentes et très bien placé

Logement agréable et fonctionnel.

Pros: Excellent rapport qualité / prix. Au calme sur les hauteurs de Cagnes et pourtant à moins de 5' du front de mer et à proximité immédiate de supermarchés pour les courses. La possibilité de se garer en bas du logement est un vrai plus. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel avec un accès à un balcon filant.

Cons: La clim est dans le salon, ce n'est pas gênant en soi en maintenant la porte de la chambre ouverte et la possibilité de créer des courants d'air avec les ouvrants de chaque pièce par contre je regrette que les doubles rideaux mal ajustés ou absents ne permettent pas de maintenir une pénombre suffisante lors des réveils tardifs. Ce n'est pas grand chose à faire et cela améliorait grandement le confort.
