We were very happy with our choice and host Elzbeta (and Julien) were very pleasant to deal with.

Pros: The location was excellent, approximately 5 minute walk to train station, bus stops close by, Casino supermaket across the road. The apartment has a little private terrace which initially we thought a little neglected but we were very grateful for this extra space where we could sit out under the umbrella and read or eat and also dry washing. Netflix on the television was an extra bonus. Toaster, hairdryer and sandwich maker were nice touch.

Cons: A lighter duvet would have been good.

A comfortable stay that was close to everything

Pros: Very good location; close to the beach, close to grocery stores, and very close to the train station. The apartment looked lite the pictures. It had two AC units, the bed was comfortable, washing machine, and it had a well equipped kitchen to be able to cook dinner. Host was quick with answering to questions and fixing problems in the apartment.

Cons: No/little hooks to hang towels etc.

Pros: Great location close to all amenities in town. Location and train station meant it was easy to explore the outlying area.

Cons: Sun terrace area could do with tidying up and making nicer especially if you want to relax in the sun.

Perfect

Pros: Excellent location, a cozy, comfortable, and clean apartment with everything you need. The owners were very friendly and polite, always ready to help with any questions. Several beaches, a supermarket, and many restaurants are within walking distance. This is one of the best places to stay in Beaulieu-sur-Mer that I have visited.

Emplacement optimal, appartement confortable : allez-y !

Pros: L'emplacement est idéal dans Beaulieu, au pied de l'arrêt de bus, proche de la Gare, des commerces, de la Plage de la Baie des Fourmis et de la Petite Afrique. Appartement bien agencé, confortable, bien équipé et soigneusement décoré. Je recommande !

Cons: Le seul petit bémol serait la présence de vis-à-vis dans le salon et la chambre : il ne manque qu'un petit voilage pour un peu plus d'intimité.
