Pros: Excellent location. Amazing balcony views. Well equipped kitchen area. Clean and tidy. Excellent service from Olivier who looks after the property. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Furnishings slightly tired but overall it is very homely. Could do with small touches like better lighting.

Pros: As its name and the photos suggest, the view from the apartment is exceptional and you can enjoy it from the table on the terrace, but the inside is also spacious and light for winter. The heating works well, the living area is huge and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. It's really very close to everything - 5 minutes to the station and supermarket but also only 7 or 8 minutes down to the sea. Olivier was efficient at communicating and helpful checking us in.

Cons: The bed was comfortable but the small individual duvets were not very effectual and there wasn't much extra bedding - Olivier has promised to add some more! I see some other guests have commented, and it's true the odd chemical smell in the entrance did sometimes find its way into the apartment - but opening a window cleared the air.

A superb apartment with a gorgeous view of the bay

Pros: A breathtaking view of the sea from the balcony. Actually made me tearful. We only stayed 3 nights but would love to come back and stay for a week next time. The apartment was huge, with a 6 foot double bed (very comfortable) and another room with twin beds. Balcony either end so you had the street view or the incredible sea view. Close to some very good restaurants and a boulangerie and supermarket. Everything you would need . Beaulieu itself is a relaxing village, very close to the sea. Lots of buses or a train station are all close by for any excursions. The best. Thank you Olivier 🌊

Cons: Only the key to the main block building was tricky to open. We had visions of sleeping on the beach

Cons: I’d be great to add some really small but also necessary things for the comfort: like 1 garbage bag per day of stay or 1 dishwasher machine capsule per day. It’s quite common in rented apartments.

Pros: The property is beautifully appointed with amazing views of the Cote d'Azur. The apartment was clean and spotless with room for 4-5 persons. The property is located a 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants in Beaulieu sur Mer. Olivier, the host was kind, professional and friendly. He met to provide me the keys upon arrival, to show me around the property and share great information about Beaulieu sur Mer. A magical must see property.

Cons: I did not understand how to work the television, but everything was perfect.

Pros: Magnifique situation (proximité de la gare et des commerces). Le balcon offre une superbe vue sur la mer. Bel espace de vie.

Pros: Es war eine wunderschöne Aussicht in einer absoluten Toplage Nicht so schön war, das einiges in die Jahre gekommen war. Bei der Balkontür kam einem die Griffabdeckung entgegen, der Fußboden ist an einigen Stellen kaputt, im Bad müsste das Silikon neu, der Fahrstuhl läuft Störungsfrei ist aber supereng. Aber wir sind auch unwissend in der teuersten Ecke der coteazur gelandet

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja – około 7 minut spacerem do plaży, 5 minut do marketu i stacji kolejowej, skąd w około 12 minut dojedziesz do Monako czy Nicei. Właściciel bardzo w porządku, jak dobry znajomy – wszystko dokładnie wyjaśni, doradzi gdzie pójść, co zobaczyć. Kontakt przez WhatsApp szybki i bezproblemowy – zawsze odpowiada od razu. Podsumowując: idealne miejsce na wypoczynek, świetna baza wypadowa i gospodarz, który naprawdę dba o gości.

Cons: NIE PARKUJ W GARAŻU(chyba że masz cinquecento)Zaparkowałem samochód w garażu VW golf wagon, nie mogłem wyjechać! Wjechać było łatwo ale wyjazd😳 Gospodarz mnie uprzedzał żebym tego nie robił moim autem ale... Nie posłuchałem. Zapłać za parking przed hotelem 20eur na cały tydzień i masz z głowy w całym mieście parkujesz gratis. Jak właściciel zobaczy twoje auto i powie nie wjeżdżaj tam to NIE WJEŻDŻAJ!
