Relaxing off season stay

Pros: The staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Beautiful gardens pool and sea view. Convenient location to explore surrounding towns and sightseeing.

Magical!

Pros: Everything! The location and views are stunning. The room comfortable and luxurious with impeccable service. Breakfast and restaurants excellent. We were celebrating a birthday and wedding anniversary and the staff spoiled us in every way possible to make our stay perfect!

Overall we loved our stay apart from our check in experience.

Pros: Location was great. Free mini bar. Pool and beach facilities wonderful.

Cons: When we check in we were advised that we couldn’t access one of our rooms. Due to an Americans express client having a late checkout which affected our check in time of 3pm and therefore room was being vacated at 4pm and we were told we would be advised when room was Ready which we weren’t and had to ask for an update at 5.30pm. Also Mountain view rooms are tiny Given cost of room. Also you would expect breakfast to be included for the cost of stay.

Pros: Staff were incredible, fabulous room and facilities. Read reviews whilst travelling to the hotel, stating there wasn't any tea making facilities in the room, we asked as soon as we arrived and a coffee machine was bought to our room, we were also offered a kettle and tea making facilities. Lovely pillow spray was left in the room for us, and it gave us a great nights sleep. Staff that cleaned the room were amazing, everything was just perfect.

Cons: Thought the breakfast was very expensive as we didn't realise we had booked room only.
