Hôtel Vacances Bleues Delcloy

We love this hotel, unfussy and has the best location!

Pros: Location, bed, pillows, size of room and terrace, beautiful gardens and the main terrace area. Breakfast and dinner is great.

Cons: I was disappointed that the pool wasn't heated, that was one of the main reasons we choose the Delcloy. We have stayed before and the pool WAS heated so I was able to swim every day. I was only able to use it once this time. I would have to be sure in future that it would be heated. I would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room.

An enjoyable stay

Pros: Reasonably priced buffet meals and drinks. Breakfast was good. A reasonable sized swimming pool. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. The hotel location was good.

Cons: Distance from rooms to central complex. Use of UHT milk rather than fresh milk. Weeds in the internal garden within the hotel, notably bindweed. Charges for meals, drinks with meals, parking, taxes etc had to be paid in advance or as they occurred rather than charging to the room and being able to settle a single account at the end of the stay.

An enjoyable stay.

Pros: Location is stunning, the views and the morning and evening light was unforgettable.

Cons: Patio furniture not comfy. Shower cubicle too small for comfort.

Pros: Excellent location, by the sea, amazing views. Beautiful garden and space. Great pool for all ages. Spacious room, practical for holiday. Animators providing different activities.

Cons: Wifi signal could have been better in the pool area but this is a minor thing.

It’s beautiful but needs shade by the pool and at breakfast

Cons: No sun umbrellas by the pool. We found it difficult to spend much time by the pool as there was basically no shade. We were really disappointed by this as last year there was and we weren’t aware that they had removed these. Also there was no aircon inside at breakfast and no shade outside which made it uncomfortable

A family friendly hotel with a great swimming pool, perfect location for exploring the area or just relaxing.

Pros: The location is great, about a 10 minute walk to the nearest shops and restaurants and a 20 minute bus ride into Nice. The surrounding views are spectacular!

Cons: We stayed in a family room for four which was great and very clean. There is no mini fridge or tea making facility but we knew this from reading previous reviews.

An amazing family hotel , with beautiful views and direct access to beautiful walks and beaches

Pros: Check in was super fast and super easy, we were allowed to have our room a little bit earlier , while we waited we were allowed to park the car in the garage and use the facilities. We were all really surprised with the size of the room, it was more like an apartment! We had a family room which had two separate bedrooms , plus a huge queen size bed in the main area. We were a little away from the pool, but I like that . Breakfast was great , lots of choice , with one of the best views you could ask for!

Cons: The only comment I can make is that if you have a very large car the garage is quite tight. There are plenty of parking spaces but the parking bays are small . We had a 4x4 and we managed to get a space that didn't have a piler on one size, we would have been really stuck if if garage had of been full. This would not put me off coming again, and there are some parking spaces out of the front of the garage for larger vehicles, which I would recommend parking in if you do have a large car.
