Comfortable and well equipped house in a peaceful and attractive location.

Pros: Peaceful and tranquil location providing the ideal location for us to recharge our batteries after a hectic tour of Rome and Tuscany, and to then explore the Côte d’Azur. Pierre is an excellent and friendly host.

A perfect stay! relaxing, comfortable, and ideal for a family getaway!

Pros: Everything was perfect the house was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, ideal for a relaxing family holiday. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The kids especially loved the pool, and it became the highlight of our days. Pierre was a fantastic host super helpful and always available, which made everything smoother from check-in to check-out. The location is great too, about 20 minutes’ drive to the center, making it peaceful but still close enough to explore the region. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a great time with family or friends!

Cons: We truly enjoyed it all! If we had to mention one small downside, it would be the drive to the center taking around 20 minutes — but honestly, the peace and comfort more than made up for it.

Wonderful !

Pros: We planned a meeting with friends in Nice, chose this option for accommodation (thanks to good reviews) and were not mistaken. Everything was wonderful, the house, the weather, and Pierre was a very hospitable host. The house itself is large and very comfortable, and the opportunity to sit nearby in nature makes it even more wonderful. We left this place with a desire to return. I hope it will be so...

Relaxing, comfortable, just what we needed

Pros: Spacious, clean and comfortable villa. Quiet but only 20 mins from the hub bub of the coast. Pierre was lovely and very professional host

Pros: We (7 persons) admired this plain air & peaceful cottage so much after the hasty city rush ! Here we felt calm, quiet, clean and surrounded by forests and nature, and at the same time just 20 min drive from Nice. Kids were obsessed with the swimming pool & trampoline. And I loved the scent of flowers and birds singing in the early morning. Here you can do Yoga, BBQ, or online-job. Great kitchen inside and outside the house. This cottage is a great location for a group with a car because it's easy to drive to Nice, Cagnes sur Mer, Eze or Préalpes d'Azur Regional Natural Park. We hope to come back one day to this lovely house and its handsome owner!

Pros: Nous avons passé un séjour en famille pour Noël. Une maison magnifique tant pour sa propreté son aménagement. L'idéal pour se retrouver en famille.
