ON VILLEFRANCHE BAY - AP3040 by Riviera Holiday Homes

Fabulous stay and would definitely stay here if visiting Villefranche-sur-Mer again.

Pros: Location was amazing; beautiful views. Spacious apartment for 6 of us and everything you need. Very rustic and tastefully decorated. The owner was quick to respond to us when we needed more bedding.

Cons: If using for 6 people, just be aware the third bedroom has a pull out bed so not quite as comfortable as the other two rooms.

Pros: The apartment's location is perfect - it is close to all that is necessary - good restaurants, the train station and shopping. It looks out into the bay (and hence the name). The place is spacious and comfortable. We were travelling with a 7 yr old and a toddler and had nothing to complain about.

Enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Great location and views over the harbour. Close to restaurants Easy access to main roads or rail. Traditional internal layout and furnishings.

Cons: Bed linen - not enough pillows and double duvets

Pros: The location was fabulous. There were 6 of us (4 adults, 2 children) and we had plenty of space, even in inclement weather. Great facilities.

Pros: Great setting& appartment well set up with comfortable facilities, bathrooms etc

Cons: Front door very awkward to open! 4 individual friends so would have liked beds set up as singles, no single bed linen, no spare towels. A welcome pack of milk (for the English!) & bread etc would be helpful as shops may be closed at arrival time. We were happy to strip beds & take out rubbish but would be inconvenient if had to leave early. Surely this should be included in the cleaner's role.

Pros: The view. The responsiveness of the managers. The cleanliness. The location.

Cons: The bed in the main bedroom was a bit odd, a bit lumpy. Gave me a back ache.
