Spectacular views, relaxing stay

Pros: Loved the location and the spectacular views! We spent a lot of time on that balcony, looking at Cap Ferrat and the ocean. It’s a gated property, well maintained with lovely gardens. You have a parking space to yourself, which is very convenient. What I also enjoyed was that the apartment had everything we needed, with lots of useful appliances, fast wifi and with previous visitors leaving behind lots of different pantry items (loved that, made me nostalgic). O and we enjoyed the whirlpool bath! And finally, the host was very communicative and facilitating.

Cons: The apartment’s a bit worn. It needs maintenance and a really good cleaning. We cleaned everything we needed to be clean on the first day and then made it our own with some rearranging, flowers and colourful napkins. When you pay a cleaning fee, it’s a little disappointing that you have to clean yourself. However, that spectacular view made up for a lot, I tell you.

Very enjoyable location spoilt by lack of attention to detail.

Pros: The property has spectacular views and attractive gardens. The property was quiet for the most part except for the noise of building works on a couple of days. The bathroom facilities were good once you familiarised yourself with the rather primitive hand held shower which made it difficult to wash your hair without aid. Laundry facilities were very convenient.

Cons: The property is in need of some maintenance which unfortunately detracted from the enjoyment of our stay. The lights over the sink and the light over the stove were not working. We were hesitant to use the gas burners as the splash back is combustible and is already scorched. Kitchen facilities were barely adequate. The bed squeaked loudly every time you moved disturbing your sleep. The paint is peeling in the bedroom and in the living room not what you would expect for such a highly rated property. There was dust and fluff under the bed suggesting it had not been vacuumed for some time.

Extraordinary view and perfect for a couple.

Pros: That view! I’d return just to sit on that balcony again and see the sunrise from the bedroom. The place was very secure - gated entry to parking, locking common entry door, locks on the apartment, and a safe provided. Parking was great - many of the places in Villefrance-sur-mer required tight parallel street parking - this was a dedicated pull-in space. The host Damien was very responsive as well. Several bus lines handy to avoid parking in Nice. Closet space was very nice with drawers, shelves, and hanging storage.

Cons: The bathtub with hand-held shower was the biggest inconvenience but we got used to it - still if you had mobility problems it could make showering difficult so I’ve added a photo for help evaluating it. They should add a coffee table since the view from the couch is so beautiful as well and it’s warmer inside. Still highly recommend this place.

Flot udsigt i god lejlighed som dog trænger til en oprydning.

Pros: Flot udsigt over Villefrance bugten. Dejlig stor terrasse med spiseplads.

Cons: Det er noget slidt og rodet i skabe mv. køkkenudstyr var en pærevælling og manglede lidt basale ting som tallerkner til alle. Det rettede udlejer dog hurtigt op på. Ingen aircon men det vidste vi jo, der var dog indkøbt blæsere og de var utrolig gode. Virkede godt og var lydsvage. Støv i klædeskabet som tydeligt føg rundt, men ellers pæn og ren lejlighed. Slidte håndklæder der var trævlede af slid. God bolig som dog trænger til en opdatering og oprydning og rengøring - primært i køkkenskabe. God kommunikation med udlejer.

Fantastique et reposant !

Pros: La vue est sur la rade de Villefranche est sublime ! L’appartement a été très bien réaménagé : totalement décloisonné, il permet de jouir totalement de la vue. La literie est bonne et le canapé très confortable. Les aménagements sont très bien pensés et il y a un grand dressing très pratique. La terrasse est très bien, on en profite pleinement. La résidence est belle et sécurisée. Elle est entourée de verdure. Elle est au calme car en bout de chemin. On peut descendre à pied jusqu’au centre-ville par des escaliers sans croiser de voiture (la remontée est un peu sportive mais c’est bon pour le cœur !). En bref, nous avons adoré notre court séjour dans ce très bel appartement.

Cons: Il faudrait revoir l’arrivée d’eau dans la baignoire (il n’y a pas de douche). L’eau manque de pression, il est compliqué de se doucher. Les baies en aluminium (anciennes) remuent sous le vent, ce peut être un peu bruyant, il faut les caler.

Pros: La location : l'edificio, il giardino e la veduta sulla rada di Villefranche

Cons: L'ubicazione dell'appartamento al primo piano, avremmo preferito un piano più alto.

Pros: Vue imprenable sur la baie de Villefranche sur mer et le Cap Ferrat. Belle résidence de standing. Normalement un emplacement de parking mais souvent pris par un autre locataire car pas numéroté. Possibilité de se garer le long du chemin privatif. Résidence fermée très securisee (cameras). Beau jardin méditerranéen. Bel appartement 2 grands couchages grande terrasse. Électroménager haut de gamme. A 3.5 km de la grande plage de sable des Marinieres. On peut descendre à pied mais l'escalier est raide pour remonter...compter une demi heure.... Plage avec parking payant et toilettes automatiques. Intermarche de Villefranche très pratique avec possibilités de commander 24 h à l'avance des pan bagna délicieux à 6 euros . A une demi heure à peine de Monaco. A 5 minutes de Nice.

Cons: L'appartement n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée. Damien le responsable de l'agence nous a promis un dédommagement avec remboursement des frais de menage. ( en attente). Le linge de toilette demande à être rafraîchi (des taches tenaces. ) de même que les oreillers ( traces jaunes de transpiration). Par contre matelas et sommiers impeccables . Il manquait quelques accessoires mais Damien a été très réactif. Bref je conseille cette location. Par contre le parking de la plage payante est très cher et 2 toilettes publiques sur 3 sont en panne. J'ai informé mairie et office du tourisme mais rien n'a été fait et apparemment ce n'est pas la première année que ça ne fonctionne pas .

Un super séjour

Pros: - L'emplacement idéal avec la vie panoramique sur la mer. - Appartement lumineux et bien équipé avec une belle terrasse.

Beau intérieur et vue, manque d’équipement

Pros: La vue extraordinaire, la situation géographique, le calme, la beauté de l’appartement, avoir une place de parking

Cons: Le manque de vaisselle (avec 4 assiette 4 couverts, le lave-vaisselle ne sert pas ou totalement à vide) Le manque de fauteuil sur la terrasse et pas d’éclairage extérieur

Ein unvergesslich schöner Aufenthalt

Pros: Die Lage ist fantastisch. Frühstücken auf dem Balkon war ein Genuss. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Villefranche ist ein sehr schöner Ort. Die Sicht von oben auf den Ort ist einfach überwältigend. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ideal zum entspannen. Die Nachbarn super entspannt und nett. Late Check-in ist auch möglich.

Cons: Es gibt nichts zu meckern.
