Switzerland 🇨🇭

Pros: Logement neuf et bien équipé. Piscine à débordement sur le toi, Achraf nous a bien aidé.

Cons: L'arrivée en voiture n'est pas simple. Si l'on rate l'entrée, il faut faire un grand détour. Il serait beaucoup plus simple de se donner rdv à l'entrée du parking. Il a été très compliqué de faire le depôt de garantie. Il a fallu plusieurs tentatives avec différentes cartes de crédit, car le système se plantait lors de la validation. Le fait de communiquer avec plusieurs interlocuteurs: le propriétaire, l'agence et Achraf rend le processus compliqué. Il serait aussi bien d'indiquer qu'il faut faire un dépôt de garantie, j'ai souvent loué des appartement sur booking sans demande de dépôt. Attention d'être silencieux après 22h30 car l'isolation n'est pas excellente et le locataire au-dessous s'en est plain.
