Pros: Tiny nice and clean apartment in -1 floor Quite luminous and silent Small but well equipped kitchen for light meals In less than 30 mins you can reach Nice centre with bike sharing.

Cons: No parking inside the building. Closest parking is in the other side of the street, not so easy to reach (10mins walk) - 20 euros per night A proper bed would be perfect but the space is not enough.

Pros: Studio très pratique et propre, vraiment à 2 pas de la plage et des restaurants de st Laurent et de Cap 3000 ! Du coup possibilité de tout faire à pied !! Rapport qualité-prix nickel 👌, je reviendrai ☺️

Pros: Logement très bien aménagé, très propre à mon arrivée. Le propriétaire était très agréable au téléphone et disponible pour la moindre question. Très bien situé avec la plage et des restaurants à 5 minutes. Merci pour ce séjour !
