APARTAMENT T2

Pros: Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko na lotnisko, dworzec kolejowy, centrum handlowe. Jestem bardzo zadowolona. Teraz tylko czekam na zwrot kaucji.

Cons: Nic takiego nie było.

Ottima Soluzione vicino a tutto

Pros: Mantiene le promesse ! Comodissimo con i mezzi (12+) per andare a Nizza, Comodissimo per il centro commerciale CAP 3000 ( le prime 3 ore di parcheggio sono gratuite, poi costi alti ) in zona ci sono una decina di locali di vario genere … se poi piace vedere atterrare e decollare gli aerei e’ il luogo perfetto!

Cons: Parcheggio complicato ma non impossibile… l’appartamento e’ in un palazzo datato con un ambiente a dir poco retro’

Séjour détente, calme direct sur la plage et ses restaurants.

Pros: Très bien, rien à dire, l'appartement propre, par contre j'ai remarqué de la poussière sur le lustre de la chambre et le canapé dans le salon pas très propre (j'ai trouvé cher le prix pour le ménage en fin de séjour). Mais tout le reste impeccable !

Cons: Quand nous sommes arrivés devant la résidence, nous avons eux peur car vieux bâtiment qui donne pas envie, qui aurait besoin d'un bon ravalement et la cage d'escalier qui est vieillot. Heureusement que l'appartement a été refais au propre.

Pros: L’emplacement, la vue du balcon, les transports et commerces à proximité . Bonne literie.

Cons: Libérer le logement pour 10h c’est un peu juste, à 12 h serait déjà plus raisonnable et sans supplément 🤬

Convenient location but not clean apartment

Pros: We love that it’s located across the big mall and the bus station to Old Nice is right in the corner. We loved the balcony and the view. Our luggage broke and sent them a message to help us dispose and they happily did it for us.

Cons: The apartment was not clean, not good for a traveler like us with two kids. The bathroom drawer handles were nasty dirty. I had to use a wipes to takes off the build up dirt on all 6 drawers. The bedroom floor was so dusty like nobody cleaned it for us. When got there no towels and bed sheets but it was explained to me it was coming. It did come and that’s fine, it’s just that it wasn’t ready for us when we got there. The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable, his back would hurt everyday. My son had to bear the uncomfortable experience for 5 nights. We didn’t use the kitchen, only for washing small stuff. We figured that if the room floors weren’t clean and the Bathroom drawers are nasty, I could only imagine the utensils. If cleanliness could be improved, I would love to come back.

Pros: Очень удобное месторасположения, вид на море, рядом торговый центр, автобусная остановка. Рядом аэропорт, но шум от самолетов был едва уловим, ночью было тихо. отдыхали в конце апреля. Просторные апартаменты, очень уютно, отличная кровать. Три кофемашины - чтобы угодить любому гостю.
