Appartement studio

Pros: I spent in this accomodation some six nights during my business trip to Côte d'Azur University. This is a typical apartment with everything needed for self-sustained stay. The room was sufficiently spacious and offered more than enough space for one (or even two persons). The cleanliness was good, as was the number and types of everyday items (glasses,plates,cutlery...). The most important home appliance for this part of test was of course a fridge, which was large enough to store a lot of food and drinks. All the equipment looked relatively new, with no significant signs of wear. The apartment also includes a small terrace with a table and chairs. Considering the price,this is very good value for money. It is located some distance from the sea, but it is acceptable (if your primary goal is not sunbathing at the beach:).

Cons: We had some initial misunderstanding with the lock and the handle :). The situation was a bit intensified by coming late in the night and really eager to the bed. However, right in the morning we were able to get along with each other. You just have to know how to unlock the door properly - still I would maybe consider changing the lock. The apartment is not very attractive to look at from the outside, but the most important thing is how does it look from inside :).

très bel appartement propre et literie très confortable

Pros: l’appartement était très bien un peu juste pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 16&12 ans mais ça faisait l’affaire il y’a des rangements pour les valises la salle de bain impec la cuisine un peu surélevée par rapport au reste de l’appartement très bonne idée il y’avait pas mal d’ustensiles pour cuisiner et le petit jardin un plus la rue calme à côté une boulangerie au top et le tram est pas très loin et le centre ville faisable en 15-20 min

Cons: tout était très bien juste bcp de moustiques en arrivant je suppose que c’est en faisant le ménage les fenêtres ouvertes c’était horrible mais après les avoir tués tout était ok !

Ótimo

Pros: Limpeza ótima, comunicação com o proprietário super boa!!

Cons: Nada a apontar, fica um pouco longe, e a casa fica numa rua que é estranha, mas pareceu segura.

Bien

Pros: Muy bien dadas las indicaciones del anfitrion, la limpieza y orden muy bien.

Cons: No esta muy lindo ni bien iluminado la entrada a la callecita donde se encuentra el departamento ya que no es sobre la avenida

Pros: Bonne localisation du booking, assez spacieux et lit confortable. Café mis à disposition et clim fonctionnel. Terrasse très agréable sans vis-à-vis et pas de bruit dérangeant la nuit.

Cons: Comme indiqué sur le booking pas de place de parking ne sont mise à disposition, le plus compliqué est donc de trouver une place dans la rue.

Pros: Appartement avec une terrasse agréable situé dans une impasse en retrait de l'avenue donc très calme. Bien desservi en transport. Tout le nécessaire est mis à disposition pour passer un bon séjour en famille dont la clim qui nous a permis de passer une bonne nuit malgré les températures extérieures.

Cons: La difficulté pour se garer dans le quartier

Pros: Casa accogliente, con aria condizionata, doccia comoda. Angolo esterno attrezzato.
