Fantastic apartment in a quiet out of main tourist area spot but very close to the station.

Pros: Gorgeous apartment in a fabulous art deco building with a tiny lift but stairs were manageable. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed & has a seperate toilet from bathroom. Really close to the station & tram routes through the city.

Cons: The area is quiet in the evenings, many places around the apartment are open for lunch not dinner. We got caught on a Monday night after coming back from the beach & wanting to stay local.

Pros: Location…location. Open, roomy, sunny. Good sized space, particularly bathroom. Balcony was a nice touch. Walking distance to a plethora of cafes and fashion outlets if that’s your thing. I discovered an Amanda Thiery outlet so no complaints.

Cons: We couldn’t find coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, soap powder initially only finding 5 coffee pods, 5-6 sugars and no dishwasher capsules or clothes washing capsules. We bought all these. We did find some packets of sugar later. On request we were given some dishwashing tablets. The day before we left we saw 5 dishwashing tablets on a shelf. Perhaps need to have a few more of these things visible.

We had a wonderful holiday and fully intend to return.

Pros: loved the fact that it was a self contained property in a beautiful block of apartments. lovely balcony overlooking mature trees. Well equipped and comfortable. Location was ideal. Well located within easy walking distance of many interesting places but right next to tram if one wished to use it. Delightful young lady called Thynara looking after our arrival and departure.

Pros: Très bel appartement bien situé à proximité de la gare,du tram et de la mer qui donne sur un jardin donc au calme. Très fonctionnel et belle deco . En résumé il coche toutes les cases !

Tolle Wohnung aber leider kaum nutzbare Klimaanlage

Pros: Es fehlte an nichts, schöner Balkon, Wein und Wasser als Empfang, Waschmaschine, alles in gutem Zustand zudem sehr zentral gelegen

Cons: Leider läuft die Klimaanlage kaum, im Schlafzimmer ist keine vorhanden und die im Wohnzimmer kühlt kaum, nach zwei Tagen Abwesenheit und geschlossenen Rollos waren bei stärkster Stufe und eingestellten 18 Grad noch immer 25 Grad im Zimmer, im Sommer daher nicht buchbar die Wohnung

Es war die perfekte Location.

Pros: Das Appartement hat meine Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt. Ich wurde persönlich von einem Hausverwalter begrüsst, mir wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Alles war sehr sauber, auch der Eingang und der Treppenaufgang, aber natürlich hatte es auch einen Lift, die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock gelegen. Hatte ich eine Frage, hatte ich eine Kontaktnummer, die Anfragen wurden innert kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Die Lage ist absolut zentral zu den Läden, den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Appartement ist gegen einen Hinterhof gelegen, dass heisst, es war sehr ruhig und der Hinterhof war mit vielen Pflanzen und Bäumen schön anzusehen. Der kleine Balkon war ein absolutes Highlight. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Cons: Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Pros: Excellente adresse ! Accueil parfait, chaleureux. Appartement idéalement situé. Quand nous reviendrons à Nice, nous choisirons sans hésitation la même adresse.

We really loved the apartment. Well located, comfortable and nicely appointed, it was a great choice for us!

Pros: It was very comfortable, clean and bright. We loved being able to open the terrace doors on a sunny day and enjoy the warmth in March! There is also a huge closet for storage if you are unpacking and staying for awhile - plus an armoire in the hall and drawers in the living room.
