Pros: Modern studio apartment in a peaceful location with beautiful balcony view. Nicely furnished and everything functional: Kitchen, Fridge, AC and all necessary appliances. Private and safe parking. Welcoming host!

Cons: Not a con - but one should be aware that the apartment is close to the airport and away from the old town. But you have public transport and Uber at night.

Pros: Un grand merci pour votre gentillesse et votre bienveillance . Votre appartement est vraiment charmant, très bien équipé et idéalement situé — nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous avons passé des moments très agréables, reposants et pleins de sérénité. Ce fut un vrai plaisir de séjourner ici, et nous garderons de très bons souvenirs.

Pros: It was a really nice apartments and helpful host. Perfect for two people. Even some umbrellas we could use and take to the beach.

Cons: The location is quite far from Nice centre if using public transport (around 30/40 minutes by bus & train) and difficult to get home as the bus only runs until 8 so taxi is needed as its mostly uphill.

Pros: Дуже ввічливий власник чекав в воротах. Усі деталі пояснив та розповів які сервіси наявні поблизу до помешкання. Сучасний будинок з максимальною комплектацією. Приватний паркінг дуже приємний плюс у сучасному місті.

Pros: la vista maravillosa desde la terraza fue lo maximo. el dueño del apartamento muy amable y sevicial me dio incluso la carta para e tram. para los que se quedan por poco tiempo es un buen lugar ya que esta cerca del aeropuerto. el apartamento tiene de todo.

Cons: un poco alejado de niza ciudad.

Pobyt oceniam idealnie, żadnych zarzutów.

Pros: Cudowne miejsce. Mieszkanie jest urządzone w wysokim standardzie, jest w pełni wyposażone - podczas siedmiodniowego pobytu niczego nam nie brakowało. W mieszkaniu było bardzo czysto. Przepiękny widok z balkonu, którego na pewno nigdy nie zapomnimy. Gdyby przyszło nam jeszcze raz odwiedzić Niceę, na pewno chętnie wybralibyśmy ponownie ten lokal. Kontakt z przemiłym właścicielem bardzo dobry. Ogólnie pobyt oceniam bardzo wysoko i w pełni polecam!!

Appartement confortable avec jolies vues

Pros: L'accueil est vraiment agréable et Jean-Marc a fait le maximum pour nous simplifier le séjour. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et la vue est splendide. Une place de parking est réservée et en parallèle un arrêt de bus est en face de l'immeuble.

Cons: Rien en particulier.
