Soooo good, and nice, and sweeet

Pros: Authentic view from the window with historic buildings of Nice visible in the distance. The balcony is a lovely spot to enjoy coffee in the morning or relax in the evening as the sun sets. The apartment has a pleasant layout, everything is neat and convenient. Wi-Fi 300-500 mbs🔥The kitchen is well-equipped, and the warm tones with natural light create a cozy atmosphere. The flat is compact but very comfortable. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the sea 🏝️, and the street is clean and quiet. A special experience is crossing the tram tracks surrounded by green grass as you head toward the beach. There is a full Carrefour supermarket just across the road, including organic options. A great place to feel the real vibe of Nice. AZZZZUR baby 😎☀️

A very comfortable stay in Nice!

Pros: I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment in Nice! It truly has everything you could possibly need, especially if you’re staying for more than just a couple of days. The kitchen is fully equipped! In addition, the location is unbeatable: a 2-minute walk to the beach, grocery store, and the tram stop. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Nice!

Cons: The “pillow” was more of a cushion. Would’ve preferred a pillow.

Pros: Good location, easy access from airport by tram, and go with the same tram to the center. In the appartement was everything and 2 min by walk the sea, supermarket 1 min. The owner very kind :)

Pros: Struttura molto accogliente, pulita e anche se non centralissima dalle principali attrazioni queste ultime si raggiungono in 20 min a piedi. È a 10 min dall’aeroporto quindi comodissimo se si arriva in aereo. 2 min a piedi dalla spiaggia. Host molto disponibile e gentile! La consiglio e se dovessi tornare a Nizza ci tornerei

Toller Ort für einen Besuch in Nizza

Pros: Nette Wohnung im 6. Stock. Küche hat alles, was man braucht inklusive Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine. Internet ist flott, Klimaanlage funktioniert. Balkon ist den ganzen Tag im Schatten, was im Sommer gut ist. 50m vom Hauseingang entfernt ist eine Straßenbahnstation und auch ein Carrefour-Markt. Der Strand ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in 20 Minuten in der Altstadt. Für uns war der Aufenthalt hier super!

Cons: Nur Kleinigkeiten, nichts wirklich Ärgerliches.

Cons: Mørkt i korridoren ved heis og i trapperom. Ingen ventilator over stekeplaten. Litt usikker på brannsikkerhet.

Pros: Hôte très disponible et de bon conseil. Merci de votre disponibilité. Très bien situé avec marché et restaurants tout près. Facilité de déplacement avec le tramway en face de l'immeuble. J'y reviendrai certainement pour un séjour plus long.

Pros: Alloggio molto carino con tutto l'essenziale per passare qualche giorno in città. Host super disponibile e gentile, check in in perfetto orario e tutte le nostre richieste sono state soddisfatte. Buona posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia, leggermente lontano dal centro
