Lovely Apartment in NICE
Pros: Spacious well-equipped apartment. Perfect location. Accessibility was great and close to amenities, train and tram. Highly recommend. 1st floor apartment which is great.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment.
Pros: The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Thank you, Olivier, for the warm welcome after 2 days of travel! We had a wonderful 1 week holiday in Nice. Everything was excellent. The apartment has very good air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, washing+dryer machine, iron, ironing board, rain umbrella, a set of spices. There is a small balcony where you can smoke a cigarette or hang out the laundry. The apartment is near to the Old Nice and the port, not far from the beach and The Promenade des Anglais. There are many shops, restaurants and bakeries around.
Cons: None. Everything was excellent.

Excellent
Pros: Everything and we will come back in the future for sure. The property owner waited for us even if the checkin hours has passed, the apartment is equipped with all you need. It is very clean and cosy and it the Nice hadn’t been so beautiful probably we would have spent more time inside, hehe. Totally recommend!
Cons: Nothing bad to be mentioned.

Would definitely book again
Pros: The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. It’s located in a strategic yet calm area. It’s a 5 minute walk to the port, a 15 minute walk to the Castel beach, and Vieux Nice. For those who have the time to venture outside of Nice (Antibes, Villefranche, Monaco, Menton, etc…), the TER train at Nice Riquier is just a 10 minute walk away! My friend and I were overall extremely satisfied.
Cons: The only thing I can point out is the lack of bins in the bathroom and the toilet. I didn’t like the fact that I needed to go to the kitchen just to throw away toilet paper.

Hidden gem in Nice!
Pros: Beautiful apartment, fully equipped, nicely decorated, located steps away from the port and its nightlife. We had a couple of excellent nights of sleep, as the area is very quiet at night. I highly recommend it! The owner welcomed us personally, explained the property, shared great food tips which we happily used, and had a great chat. Very friendly and welcoming - thanks again, Olivier!

Pros: I loved how clean the apartment was ! There were also some cooking essentials available (salt, pepper, oil etc) and the apartment was very spacious and Claudia was lovely when welcoming us

When back in Nice will definitely come back
Pros: Our flight was delayed and the owner was so understanding and waited for us until midnight.Has given us lots of hints re what places to visit, good restaurants to go.The house has everything you need. It is very clean.The location is near center, near public transportation, restaurants and shops. Fully recommend this place.
Cons: Everything was perfect.Nothing to complain about.

Bel appartement parfait pour un séjour à Nice
Pros: Très bel appartement, bien rénové, bien situé proche des transports (bus/tram/ gare de Nice Riquier). Commerces et restaurants à proximité également.
Cons: Seul petit bémol, le sèche serviettes était en panne.
