Appart Nice Marguerite

Good residential apartment between the airport & city centre.

Pros: Great value in a residential area. Located between the airport and the city . The apartment is 10-15 minutes walk from tramline 2, for access to the city. Had everything we needed and good communication with the owner.

Cons: one of our group found the walk up to the apartment, from the tram, tricky. On this occasion we needed to rewash cutlery, plates and cups before use, and the person above was noisy into the early morning. Hopefully a one off issue.

Pros: Comfortable beds, really nice kitchen with everything you need

Cons: The airconditioner was not properly installed

Great value, comfortable, clean and quiet.

Pros: Good location. Lift available, which was a must given two elderly family members. Clean and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. Close to shops, great patisserie 5 mins walk. Short walk to the bus/tram into the old city.

Cons: Not much really. The apartment offered great value for money. The only thing, maybe, was lack of built in air con. There was a free standing unit, but the balcony door needed to be open to vent. This was a very minor issue and was only made noticeable due to the exceptionally hot weather during our visit.

Cons: Dům je v uzavřeném areálu, do kterého se nedostanete bez klíčů, ale klíč byl pro 4 člennou skupinu jen jeden. Nebylo tedy možné se rozdělit. Bylo by fajn mít k dispozici 2 klíče. Na začátku ubytování a na konci (když nemáte klíč) bylo nutné dlouho čekat, jestli nepůjde náhodou někdo s klíčem a nepustí vás, protože otvírání pomocí tlačítek u brány nefungovalo. Klimatizace pouze jedna mobilní. S obtížemi dokázala vychladit jednu místnost, ve zbývajících dvou bylo horko. Vybavení má drobné vady. Televize zobrazovala jen modře, dveře na balkon nešly otevřít kvůli vykloněné garnyži, v koupelně chyběly na sprše ovládací páčky.

Cons: Scarsa possibilità di trovare parcheggio, Bagno diviso tra doccia e Water

Come a casa

Pros: Appartamento dotato di ogni comodità. Stanze pulite, ti senti subito come fosse casa tua. Posizione comoda, in auto a 5 min dall aeroporto e dieci min da Nizza vecchia . A piedi 6/7 min sei all inizio della Promenade. Il parco è dotato di posto auto non assegnato. Possibilità di cucinare anche se non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. Ferro da stiro utilizzabile. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Cons: Water dotato di doccetta posizionato in una piccola stanza tipo ripostiglio separato dalla doccia e dal lavabo. Come la maggior parte degli appartamenti bidet assente.

Pros: El propietari excelent, apartament totalment equipat i confortable, també té plaça de parking Excellent owner, fully equipped and comfortable apartment, also has a parking space

Cons: Tot i que hi ha ventiladors a totes les habitacions, seria bo tenir aire condicionat (tot i que n'hi ha al saló) Although there are fans in all rooms, it would be nice to have air conditioning (although there is in the lounge)

Pros: Good location about a 30 min. Walk from airport. 10 min. Walk to the promenade and beach. Great pizza place right outside the complex. Host was responsive to questions though.

Cons: Instructions how to use a fancy induction stove. Key return needs to be changed since you have to exit through a security gate of the complex and you dropped the key already before that if you have to leave early in the morning like we did.

Pros: Apartamento remodelado. Muito arrumado, limpo, com uma decoração interessante. Bem localizado, perto da praia, e de supermercados. Pessoas muito simpáticas.

Cons: Nada a apontar

Super

Pros: Hea asukoht, trammipeatus lähedal, samuti bussipeatus. Väga hubane ja puhas korter, kõik vajalik ja veelgi rohkem olemas.
