Perfect.
Pros: The location of the apartment is very good, it is located at the last stop of the tram there is also a train It runs until midnight. There is also a train. The neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful and safe. The apartment is located in a new and nice building.
Cons: I liked everything very much.

comfortable apartment for a short stay
Pros: - location: close to tram station - Safety/security: secure building with passcode entry, felt safe - Ease of access: lift access, no stairs - WiFi: good, no issues - Bed: pull out couch, not terribly comfy but manageable for a few days - Warmth/cool: only has a ceiling fan, was already quite warm end of May - Shower: good water temperature, but did get a bit clogged - Other facilities: appreciated the kitchen and washing machine - Host: very nice and swift communication
Cons: - location: this property is about one hour away from the center of Nice, but is something we were aware of prior to booking - noise: the church bells are literally right next door and are very loud at about 7am on weekdays - luggage storage: not available, but understandable as it is an apartment

Perfect apartment for two!
Pros: The hosts are great and very friendly, will help you with everything you need. Tram station is very close to the apartment, 2 minutes on foot, line 3 which is great and can take you directly to the airport or train station (if you plan on visiting other cities on French Riviera). Apartment is clean, modern and has a beautiful terrace!
Cons: The only thing we didn’t quite like is the sofa bed and the silk bed linens (it was quite slippery).

Загалом було добре.
Pros: Дуже добре розташування, близько трамвайна станція та станція електричок, якою за 17 хв можна дістатися до центра міста. Там перейти до жд вокзалу та поїхати куди треба.
Cons: Ліжко дуже скрипіло.

Pros: Bardzo fajny apartament ze świetnym balkonem. Zaraz obok pętli tramwajowej skąd co chwila odjeżdżają tramwaje do centrum, podróż trwa ok 40min. Obok apartamentu sporo różnych barów i restauracji, ok 10min pieszo supermarket, niedaleko stadion. Dobry dojazd z lotniska, również dojeżdża tramwaj ok 30min. Bardzo mili właściciele, czysto, wszystko co potrzebne jest w wyposażeniu.
Cons: Łóżko jest trochę niewygodne i skrzypiące

Great experience with village vibes :)
Pros: Excellent hosts. Stefan and his wife invited us at the location and showed us the room. The room had everything you could ask for, kitchen with induction, microwave, coffee machine, Washing machine and utensils. This was a studio apartment with a sofa bed, iron, vacuum cleaner, drying hangers, lift and a balcony with excellent views. This place is very close to the tram station Siant Isidore. So the transport towards the old town and the city was easy. It had both heaters and an AC but we didn't use either as it was a perfect weather throughout our stay. There's a pizza corner very near to the apartment with fascinating view of the valley and the village. Great hosts who helped us with all the issues we faced entering the apartment. We had an early morning flight to catch on the last day and the hosts asked us to drop the keys in the room locker, so that we could checkout and leave on time. Overall worth every penny! I would love to visit again.
Cons: Wifi was a little too slow but was okay to get the updates. The location is a little too far from the city centre but it was well known to us before booking.
