Empfehlenswert, toller Ort zur Erholung

Pros: Hervorragende modern eingerichtete Unterkunft mit guter Klimaanlage, kleinen Garten, schöner Terrasse mit Südwest-Ausrichtung, super Küche, guten Betten, voll ausgestattet mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler usw. Abgesichertes Gelände, eigener Parkplatz, Fahrstuhl, Pool auf dem Dach, Wohnanlage mit anderen Eigentümern/Gästen sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Ideal für einen selbstgeplanten Urlaub mit 2 Kindern. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Nizza, Monaco, Cannes und in das Landesinnere

Cons: Leider keine Lademöglichkeit für Elektrofahrzeuge und kein Sonnenschutz am Pool auf dem Dach, Duschbereich könnte eine Tiefenreinigung vertragen. Pfannen müssten ausgetauscht werden (Beschichtung nicht mehr ok), etwas mehr Besteck wäre auch gut, sonst alles ok. Anmerkung: Leider streikte bei unserem Aufenthalt die Waschmaschine, wobei wir den Fehler selber beheben konnten durch eine Reinigung des komplett verstopften Ablaufsiebes. War nicht einfach zugänglich und unnötig aufwändig. Hätte gern vom Vermieter Im Rahmen einer regelmäßigen Prüfung präventiv gereinigt werden können. Das Trockne-Flusen-Sieb war ebenso komplett voll.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für erholsame Urlaubstage.

Pros: Eine der besten Ferienwohnungen, die wir bis jetzt gebucht haben. Sehr schöne Einrichtung mit Pool in der Wohnanlage. Ruhige Lage mit kleiner Terasse, Garten und schöner Aussicht auf Nizza.

Cons: Mir fällt nichts ein.
