Pros: Fantastic location , very close to the train station for trips along the coast. The property is very spacious, and close to an amazing award winning boulangerie.

Cons: We had no gas stove for four days . The supply was turned off outside the apartment door. Engineers had to solve it

We had a fabulous week in Nice and the accommodation was good enough.

Pros: Spacious, good central location, lots of potential

Cons: Needs some TLC, some loose floor tiles, better bedding (only one pillow per person, poorly fitting sheets/protectors) beds “okay” Whilst mostly well equipped, 4 mugs or tea cups would be good in an apartment that sleeps four people!

Great place to stay

Pros: Great apartment, big rooms, easy to navigate getting the key, decent location

Cons: Spare toilet rolls would have been appreciated.

Nice Apartment in a very Beatiful Town

Pros: It was near the train station and close to the Old Town.

Pros: This is a very nice and spacious flat in a safe and quiet street. Walking distance from all the main areas in the city, with few supermarkets nearby. It was very easy to do self-check in/out. Good wifi and overall looks like on the photos, or maybe even slightly better!

Cons: 2 main areas of improvement: 1 (smaller) - there was nothing provided to clean the dishes, no soap and nothing to use in the dishwasher. so we had to leave dirty dishes. 2 (bigger) - the amount and style of communication with Welkeys (managing the flat) is absurd. they send lots of emails, reminders even weeks before arriving. then the manager sent me lots of audio messages on whatsapp (!) around the days we were there. she never replied to my question where to leave the keys, but then reached out few days later to ask about remote control from the tv? unprofessional and not well structured.

Parfait !

Pros: L'appartement est bien situé. L'endroit est calme. L'accueil est charmant et Welkeys est efficace. La literie est de bonne qualité. La télévision est à écran plat de grand format, la fibre est présente ainsi que le WI-FI. L'ascenseur est bien.

Cons: Petits bémols, c'est le manque de couverts et de vaisselle nous obligeant à faire tourner le lave vaiselle à moitié vide ! Ce n'est pas grave en soit mais cela coûte cher en electricité et en eau, pour rien. La capacité du chauffe-eau de 80 L beaucoup trop faible pour 4 personnes alors si vous venez à 6 personnes, ça ne le fera pas... Le souffleur air chaud du radiateur de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas.

Pros: O gazdă foarte plăcută cu care am stabilit amănuntele prezentării în apropierea sejurului. Apropierea de mijloacele de transport-tren,tramvai-distanțe acceptabile până la market și locuri de servit masa precum și de diverse magazine pentru cumpărături.

Cons: Cred că se puteau amplasa dozatoare de săpun în băi și oferi papuci de casă. Pentru automatul de cafea ar fi fost indicat un recipient cu cel puțin un număr de doze pentru 3 persoane care petrec 5 zile ( ele existau într-o debara,dar nu e politicos să cauți prin casă )

Beautiful apartment in the centre of Nice

Pros: Very good location, close to the station, shops, bakeries and within a walking distance to the beach and to Old Nice. Spacious apartment - everything worked as expected. Great communication with Elisa, our local host.

Cons: It can be quite hot in August in the building; the provided fans were very useful, but air conditioning could be better. The doors in the apartment looked dirty, maybe they can be washed or just need painting. Would be great to have some instructions on how to recycle some rubbish, like plastic bottles for example.

Pros: Un bel appartement typique et très calme en coeur de ville.

Estadia perfeita em Nice

Pros: Apartamento muito simpático, num prédio antigo embora remodelado. A localização é excelente, muito central, junto a comboios e trams. Há supermercados perto, cafés e restaurantes.Tudo muito limpo e com condições para uma excelente estadia em família ou amigos. A rua é sossegada, embora seja central.

Cons: Nada, tudo muito bom.
