Brilliant

Pros: Spotless great place ! Fantastic location - you can walk to everything. Very spacious and great having separate bedroom, kitchen , bathroom and lounge . We spent 5 nights with a family of 4 and loved it . Really responsive host .

Pros: Excellent place, beautiful apartman.! We really enjoyed to stay there. Fully equipped apartment, beautiful design, everything new. I can only say positive things. great location, close to everything, tram, shops, buses…I can only recommend it, because everything was super comfortable, including the beds. The owner was very very nice!!

Cons: There is no possibility to store luggage in the apartman after after check-out, but the owner gives suggestions where it is possible (a few meters from the apartment) So it was okay!

Pros: Emplacement exceptionnel a deux pas du port du vieux nice et de la gare.un parking ce qui est rare dans le secteur . Literie confortable. check in tres aise avec vidéo explicative le top .

Apartamento fenomenal.

Pros: El apartamento realmente ha estado genial, espacios amplios, camas confortables y la ubicación excelente, justo detrás estaba el puerto de Nice con vistas increíbles y la playa al lado con restaurantes y muchas cosas por hacer.

Cons: No hubo nada que no me gustara. Todo estuvo perfecto.

Cons: Die Klima Anlage im Wohnzimmer ist sehr sehr Laut sodass man Sie über die Nacht nicht anlassen kann.

Pros: + Sicherer Parkplatz im abgeschlossenen Innenhof + Küchenzeile mit modernen Geräten ausgestattet + Lage fußläufig ca. 5-10 Minuten von der Altstadt von Nizza entfernt + Gute Matratzen + Supermarkt ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt

Cons: - Die Begrüßungsmail enthielt einen Bußgeldkatalog für alle möglichen Verfehlungen. Zur Kontrolle von Lärm werden Dezibeldetektoren erwähnt. Unverschämtheit !!! Bei dieser Art von Überwachung wird man sehr misstrauisch. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen, sondern als lästige Besucher. Leider konnten wir nicht mehr kostenfrei stornieren. - Eine Mail nach Abreise forderte uns auf, mit 10/10 zu bewerten und wir würden dafür einen Gutschein in Höhe von 100 Euro für eine nachfolgende Buchung bekommen. Das ist Bestechung und zieht alle bisherigen 10er-Bewertungen in Zweifel - Dusche wurde so angebracht, dass man diese möglichst nicht benutzt. Duschwand/Vorhang fehlt. Fliesen im Bad lose. - Lärmdurchlässige alte Fenster. Man hört alle vorbeifahrenden Fahrzeuge und die Gespräche der vorbeilaufenden Passanten.
