Pros: The host, Fernando was available and responsive when we needed him. The apartment is well equipped, the dryer was useful. The kitchen has all you need, including a dishwasher, and a stove. The bed was comfortable. The shower was wide and hot water supply was good We received detailed directions for accessing the apartment, including photos. Several points should be mentioned: There are 38 quite steep stairs from the street level to the apartment. The apartment has an entry door with two windows above it. No other opennings. The parking was a challenge for me. After registration you are asked to fill a form and include a photo of your passport. This might be a concern because I don't know what level of security is used by the site. The host blocks a 300 Euro deposit on your credit card which is freed quickly if no damage is caused.

Pros: Really clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment, and the host was great. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach and the tram close by.

Great apartment in a fabulous location

Pros: This apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and well equipped with coffee machine and other appliances. It even had a washing machine and dryer. We were looking for an apartment with parking and this was perfect as it has its own private car space. It was an easy walk into the old town along the Promenade. It is extremely clean and very comfortable. Fernando was very good at communicating and responded to any queries we had. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Nice.

Pros: A nice property, very well appointed, clean, comfortable and quiet. We liked the tram location, about 10 minutes away and from there, straight to the CBD. Finding the place was easy and the host was very helpful. A good experience.

Pros: The place is very clean, near the promenade and the public transport. Fernando was really good at answering all my questions. One negative thing is the size of the bed.

Pros: Our recent trip to Nice left the warmest memories thanks to the hospitality of the owner Fernando and the excellent conditions in the rented apartment. The location is very convenient – the embankment and the beach are within a 10-minute walk. The apartment fully meets the description and photos, very neat and cozy. We checked in without any problems even a little earlier than the scheduled time. And the compliment in the form of a bottle of local wine made us very happy! In short, the vacation was a great success. We highly recommend this option!

Perfect stay in Nice

Pros: Amazing stay. Feel at home in Nice. 10 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais or the tram station number 2 that takes you to the airport. We were impressed we got a list of restaurant recommendations that turned out to exceed our expectations and surprised to find a bottle of rose wine in the fridge. The apartment is quiet and you can find everything you need if you decide to cook. It is very spacious compared to any other studio you could rent in the city. The bed was really comfortable. The heating works great. We even found suggestions for places to visit around the city.

Cons: The water pump in the bathroom makes a little noise but you get used to it.
