charming accommodation

Pros: the apar was in a great location the rooms were a good size and two bathrooms made it so easy for 7 guests it was clean well equipped and easy access to the lift the owner answered my messages quickly I would definitely recommend

Fantastic base for a large group, would recommend.

Pros: Big apartment with four double beds and two singles, aircon in all bedrooms, two bathrooms, large dining area and the place was full of amenities!

Cons: Lift didn't work, one shower you have to hold and the other bathroom has no lock on the door.

Très bon rapport qualité prix sur Nice

Pros: L'appartement est grand, plutôt bien équipé et bien situé à Nice Nous étions un groupe de 9 et c'était parfait. Nous avons trouvé à nous garer gratuitement à 5min à pied ce qui est pratique Bien qu'il y ait la voie ferrée et la rocade juste derrière l'appartement, nous ne l'entendions pas du tout, belle surprise. La boîte à clés à l'entrée de l'appartement est pratique et les informations données par le propriétaire étaient claires. Attention l'appartement est au 5eme étage et l'ascenseur est tout petit et peu pratique, nous avons utilisé l'escalier la majeure partie du temps.

Cons: Le sol n'était pas forcément très propre et la literie pas des plus confortables, mais pour le prix c'était très bien
