Clean, spacious accommodation close to Monoprix, train and bus links.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had a clothes washer and drier.

Pros: Air conditioning, bed was good, cooking facilities were good and balcony

Cons: Balcony needed cleaning. Toilet dirty down the pot, shower cable filthy. Fridge needed cleaning

Overall, the apartment is good and worth the money. If you are not deterred by the security deposit, I recommend it.

Pros: The apartment is spacious enough and clean inside. It was easy to find. Great location. Soft mattress.

Cons: The balcony was not very clean. The security deposit situation made me a bit nervous. Firstly, I have never encountered a security deposit for a room, especially one of 350 euros, which is more than I paid for the stay. Secondly, we could only pay the deposit online because the office is open only from 16:00 to 18:00, and we arrived at 19:30. Our cards were not going through, and I was a bit stressed because without the deposit, we wouldn't have received the keys. We were helped with the payment. I still don't know how to get this deposit back. This was an unpleasant experience for me; I don't know why there is such distrust towards guests, maybe there were some incidents, but in the future, I will read all the information more carefully to avoid such problems.

Pros: My room was very nice and clean, comfortable ! Their staffs are nice. The kitchen and the laundry machine was quite helpful. The hotel is very close to the train station.

Cons: Their reception desk is 10 minutes walk away from the room, with luggage in a very hot weather, it can be complicated. Storing luggage is only free for the first two hours. The air-conditioning was on the top of the bed, the wind blows directly against your head when you sleep.

Cons: Der var lidt problemer med udlevering/afhentning af nøgler. Vi fik først at vide at nøglerne skulle hentes på en anden adresse, ca 10 minutters gang fra lejligheden. Det var vi ikke helt tilfredse med da vi ankom sent om aftenen. Men så fik vi besked om at nøglen lå i en nøgleboks på adressen????

Pros: Proximity to the train station as well as other attractions. Not too far from the beach. I was on foot and it was raining for most of my time that I was there so the location was key with an umbrella which by the way, was very easy to find and purchase. Also being a solo traveler, the security was key. Three different codes to get into the apartment.

Cons: I would like to suggest a few things: 1. An upgrade on the pillows which have seen better days. 2. A bathmat as the shower was very slippery. 3.Cooking utensils, a spatula in particular. 4. Directions on how to use the remotes for the TV.

Pros: Grand studio avec terrasse qui donne sur une cour donc calme. Propre, bien équipé et confortable. Proche gare centrale.

Cons: L'agence de location ne m'avait pas prévenu que le gardiennage des bagages était payant quand j'ai appelé pour savoir si nous pourrions les laisser sachant que nous arrivions par le train de nuit donc le matin et que le studio n'a été prêt qu'à 16h.

Séjour très agréable sans aucun bémol. C'est parfait ! Nous sommes ravis.
