Lovely two bedroom apartment in a great location and very close to tram.

Pros: A lovely homely two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, dinning table and lounge. Washing machine was great. The owner met us at the property to give us the keys. Close to tram. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. Short walk to supermarket.

Pros: Good location by a tram stop and still walkable distance to main railway station, however quiet and private. The hosts were very helpful, showed us everything and we enjoyed the cold water and wine in the fridge.

Cons: It was a bit warm during the night, no insect nets in the windows, but this was not that critical.

Great apartment

Pros: Very comfortable had great facilities and it’s right beside the tram station.

Pros: Very good location- close to trams etc. And very spacious, well-equipped apartment, with great hosts who let us check in early!

Cons: It did get very hot during the day and at night.

Pros: The property was in a great location, easy walking distance to the beach, train and township. We had everything we needed in terms of facilities - enough space to sleep, relax and pack/repack. We had kitchen utensils, fridge, coffee, washing machine and line. The hosts also left us a lovely bottle of rose and travel cards for the light rail.

All round good stay

Pros: Great facilities available and lots of room for my group. Kind hosts who greeted us. Close to tram stop and was in a nice neighbourhood.

Excellent stay in Nice for 4 people

Pros: Cozy apartment, full of kitchen equipment and very spacious. The hosts were very friendly and even gave us a bottle of wine and olives. I super recommend it.

Comfortable apartment & Excellent location

Pros: Lovely, cozy, comfortable apartment. Excellent location: near a supermarket, tram stop. If you wish, you can walk to the beach, what we actually did. The apartment has everything you need: refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, washing machine, set of dishes. The owner greeted us and left a compliment: a bottle of rose wine.

Delightful accomodation to rest in whilst being in a superb location

Pros: Property was delightful and as described, super close to the tram which made getting everywhere really easy! Everything worked at property and had nil issues during our stay

Cons: Did have the neighbour come out and complain to us that we were slamming the door which was a bit strange as we were there for 2 days and were out most of the time
